They don’t ever top off the fry containers. EVERY single time I order from them they always give me like almost half empty/full container of fries. Is it that hard to top off the container? I mean you guys are already Hella expensive. In the photo below, I didn’t even eat any of the waffle fries yet. This is getting ridiculous.

caiden and kelly (sorry if incorrect spelling) were so lovely! there was also another MOD that helped me out but i didn’t catch his name! i received the wrong sandwich and couldn’t come back because i had college classes but kelly told me i could come back when i had time and they had it up and ready for me in no time when i came back, caiden (sorry again if that is incorrect spelling) had an adorable smile and attitude! you guys found a gem with him! such a lovely smile and person all around! thank you guys 🙂

I had one of the best drive-thru experiences thanks to Lucy at Chick-fil-A. Even with the line wrapped around the building, she kept everything moving smoothly with a smile the entire time. She was polite, clear, and made sure my order was perfect.

Lucy’s positive attitude and efficiency really stood out — she turned a busy drive-thru into a great experience. Chick-fil-A is lucky to have her!

Food was good. There is like no parking and you’re forced to walk across 4 busy lanes to get to the entrance to dine it, cashier Tabitha was super snarky and had an unkempt appearance. I wanna give A special things to Parker in the drive-through this morning. He was very helpful and so kind of taking my order really shows the meaning of customer service.

I do want to notate one thing me and second car pulled into Parker‘s lane just because the wide turn from the entrance side and making a hard cut just didn’t seem plausible and the other person in the drive-through a blonde girl, I not get her name as she did not come to greet me or the second car but walked halfway over the drive thru lanes then walked back to the sidewalk on her own lane to wave the third client driving in , into her lane and I’ve just never experienced that at Chick-fil-A. Usually people walk up to the next car in line but if that is normal no harm.

Parker really made it worth waiting the extra two orders, A great member for y’all to keep!!

The store was scheduled to close at 8pm on New years Day. I ordered online and went to pick up my food. The drive thru was closed, the employees had the doors locked. Everyone was standing outside waiting to get their order. An employee finally came to the door and stated they are closing early and won’t be fulfilling any of the orders that were placed. It’s literally 7:10pm. They are supposed to be open until 8pm. When I asked how I’m supposed to get my money back he said after 8pm when the store closes that the app should refund my money. My money is gone and they refused to fill my order after randomly deciding they didn’t want to work and would be closing early. This is AWFUL service and BAD BUSINESS! Never coming here again!

Am I the only person to constantly have issues with this restaurant?
I am a loyal Chick fil a customer! I was a signature member before it was added to the status. I have over 85,000 lifetime points in their loyalty system. I eat a lot of their products. Yet the closest location to my house provides me horrible service on a regular basis, so much that when the location in Northwood Mall was open I would go to the mall and deal with that parking lot traffic rather than deal with the dissatisfaction of the stand alone store drive thru. At one point O was told by a so called manager that if they couldn’t meet my expectation that should find somewhere else to eat, great customer service, right? I can’t be the only person unhappy about the service, temp and freshness of the food, accuracy of my food. Tonight I ordered a spicy deluxe w/ no tomatoes, American cheese, extra pickles, they put a sticker on the box saying what is and isn’t on the sandwich. I got a regular filet, not spicy with tomato seeds and juice on it, 2 pickles Colby Jack cheese. Then my wife ordered a chick fil a deluxe w/ Colby jack cheese and extra pickles, she got a spicy surprise on her first bite and the tomato’s where two end pieces with the stem piece, great quality, right! I know if I to bring this up with the manager on duty, I’d just be disregarded, given move sub par food and irritated. How can we get this location to do better? Like I said I love to eat chick fil a, but don’t want to drive 20-30 minutes away when I have a location right by my house. Oh I almost forgot check out this cup they gave me, that’s for giving me this trash that spilled sweet tea all over my center console while I drove home unknowingly pouring sticky tea everywhere. Plus the fries were cold and hard as a rock just like they should be.

Whoever was putting together the chicken breakfast burritos on 12/11/25, you made the world’s most perfect burrito and the hashbrowns were incredible. Like, it made my morning better! Lol This location, of all the lowcountry locations is BY FAR the very best anyway.

Always crowded. Plan to wait in line to order for a while and then even longer to get your food. It’s hard to be able to choose the dine in option since there is never any tables available and the section by the bathrooms are reserved for employees. And there’s always screaming kids running around

After sitting in the drive through for 20 minutes they decided they wouldn’t serve me after already taking my order. No signage and wouldn’t let me go inside to get it after parking somewhere else. Told me I had to go park somewhere else and re-order inside. They made me do a sketchy maneuver to get out of the drive through line that I was already halfway through, when it was safer to continue around the building to get out. All because of an incident from another customer.
