I order dinner from Denny’s using the Denny’s rewards app. They deliver fee is better than Dominos and I get a better quality dinner when I am too busy to cook something for work. Anyways, one night I have an order In and I left my phone in the car. I’m working on the office and can’t get to it. I’m tracking the progress on the computer when around the delivery time the progress blanks out. I call the Store. Gerik answers and knows who I am right away, I’m not sure why, but I ask him for an update. I can’t remember what was said exactly but he thinks my order was taken by someone, he suggested to call door dash, the ones who handle the app delivery to see what they recommend. I explained I used the app and don’t know how to go about that. He says he’ll handle it on my behalf. He calls door dash and gets it sorted and sends me my food, no issues. So a big shout out to him ,his store, and to door dash for handling this so well for me. Thanks

I’m really disappointed that you used Uber eats for delivery and they charged me $12 because they decided to send my order to the one that’s 10.5 mi away instead of to you. I’m never going to order again it’s a shame but go get my own damn swiss cheese and my own whatever the hell else I want a sandwich and making myself

They’re out of the sandwich that I wanted but we’re quick to make me something similar. The only thing I could gripe about is you have to pay online in order to get the meltdown menu. You cannot access that menu whatsoever unless it’s online
