First visit since major changes. Love the drink options. Beer, wine and a few mixed drinks. We had the fried chicken dinner with baked potato and fries. Be warned it’s a full half of chicken. Chicken, baked potato were good. Fries were ok. We also had the Sampler platter with meatloaf, chicken with dumplings, broccoli and mustard greens. Meatloaf, chicken and broccoli very good. Dumplings too doughty. Greens not hot enough and lacking seasoning. Service was excellent as were the prices. About $20 per person with drinks. We will go back to try more items.

I think we know what Cracker Barrel is all about so this review is for this particular location. We were greeted immediately and seated quickly on our weekday lunch. I had to take a peg game off of another table for the kid that was with us. The hot chocolate the kid ordered looked and tasted fabulous but made a huge mess when the mountain of whipped cream started melting. My coffee wasn’t filled as often as I would have liked. Our waitress was really nice and the food tasted as good as usual.

I have had excellent dining experiences at Cracker Barrel. I enjoy the food and the pleasant and courteous staff members. The store has a wonderful selection of gift items, cards, and clothing. The clothes are unique and reasonably priced.

I ordered a family meal curbside. The photo on apps shows it coming in a large box. Instead it was in bags which made it difficult to carry and keep upright. Even the lady who brought it out said , I’m trying not let the cups of gravy to spill over. The hashbrown casserole was the worst I ever had there. Dry to the bone.

Can’t really explain the feeling but this place feels like home. It has a warm atmosphere, great employees and a gift shop full of nick nacks and candy. Can’t go wrong coming here if you have a family of kids and elderly. Side note – plenty of parking

Extraordinary on every account. I swore we were there for only maybe 5 min after we ordered and our food was on the table. It was Soo hot and amazing. It was normal busy in company to other restaurants in used to but the food was practically instant. Absolutely shocked. Also the waitress and service is above par for sure than what I’m used to. Definitely worth the 1hr drive.

Has the delivery driver I come to this location constantly. Because this is not a fast food restaurant I’m already arriving with the expectation that the order might take a few minutes upon arrival to finish preparing. However when I see the order clear as day on the Shelf and have been yelled at before by the staff for trying to grab the order and leaving, I’m forced to wait patiently for them to finish with their guests in line which is perfectly fine. However when you know I’ve been standing there for 5 to 10 minutes you made eye contact with me and have failed to acknowledge me in any way shape or form in that time, and then decide to greet other delivery drivers typically females over me I find that highly unprofessional and extremely disrespectful. We are not paid to wait. We choose to, but every minute we have to wait is a minute we aren’t working and earning money. 5 to 10 minutes for each delivery we make and let’s say we do 15 in a day that adds up to over an hour if not working, not delivering orders, and not making money. At this specific location there is a gentleman who works the front register with blind kind of spiky hair who is notorious for this. I was in there today standing there patiently waiting pacing and looking around the merchandise while he attended to the people online. Once he was done instead of acknowledging and greeting me knowing that I’ve been standing there he decided to acknowledge and greet the three female delivery drivers that were there instead. And this is a repeat issue every time I go there. I’ve never been rude but rather nothing but polite. Today I unassigned that order and left which means now a customer’s order is sitting on your shelf getting cold and taking even longer to deliver because they’re going to have to reassign it to a new driver who’s probably not readily near the restaurant. And I’m assuming that the person receiving the order is going to complain. Restaurants get busy we all understand that but when you know darn well I’ve been waiting ahead of other people and this goes for anybody that happens to arrive for delivery pickups, you need to do a better job of acknowledging all of your guests regardless of why they are there. And the next time I come back if the same pattern happens again, I’ll take video this time and send it to Cracker Barrel corporate. Because for me if it means fixing an issue that management fails to address, so be it.

The Robinson Twp. restaurant was busy but not overcrowded. It took 15 minutes for a waitress to ask for our drink order and another 5 minutes to get them. We placed our order of 2–chicken and dumpling adult dinners and a kids burger slider meal. It took another 24 minutes to get our meals. The one dumpling meal was not even warm and was so watery that it was inedible. The other was lukewarm but passable. I showed the waitress the watery dumpling gravy and she said she thought there was supposed to be broth in there. I assured her that this dish was my favorite at Cracker Barrell and that it was not supposed to be a watery, cold mess. She offered to reheat it which I declined. She did ask if I wanted to order something else, but I did not want to wait another half hour for dinner. We drove out of our way to go there, and I certainly would not go back. This is the first bad meal I have at Cracker Barrell.

I had an opportunity to stop at the Cracker Barrel in Robinson Township the other day. I had some time to kill and was hungry for breakfast. I hadn’t been to a Cracker Barrel for years. Sadly, it seems to have really gone down hill. The best thing I can say is that my server was incredibly attentive and did a great job. I can’t praise the food…at all. I got some sort of combo that got me pancakes, eggs, various meat sides and a choice of a side (I chose their classic potato dish). The meat sides were fine. The eggs were fine. The pancakes tasted if they had been soaked in canola oil somewhere between the hot top and the plate. They were awful. Ever wondered what a mouthful of straight cooking oil tastes like? Me neither…but now I know. The potato side dish was the “Hashbrown Casserole”. This was absolutely awful. A Luke warm pile of wet and oddly undercooked Hashbrown shreds that were mixed with some kind of cheese (probably from a large industrial can) and sour cream with no apparent consideration for proportion or taste. Definitely avoid the Hashbrown Casserole. I won’t be coming back to Cracker barrel barring some kind of emergency if what I ate is indicative of an average meal.
