First time coming here. Great value without any shortcuts! Staff was really friendly. They kept topping us up with their awesome dinner rolls and the amazing cinnamon whipped butter. Definitely coming back and bringing a group with me.

Cant take a picture. It was so good it’s all gone. The Curbside pickup was super easy. On time and fast. The food was outstanding. From the starters to the entree to the desert we can’t wait to eat here again.

First time in my life I had luke warm Steak
I had to wait over 30 min to even get the darn steak and it was luke warm so was the onions and mushrooms. The mash was decent but other than that I think I’ll keep going to the one in Tonowanda.

The service was poor, to say the least. We received food before even receiving our drinks. One of the 4 steaks our table ordered was overcooked. After our steaks arrived and we asked for A1, we were told after waiting for 10 mins, that there was none. Even our waitress said I don’t blame you for wanting A1, the Texas Roadhouse steak sauce is gross! They rectified the incorrect steak somewhat quickly. My wife went to speak to a manager, as the issues just piled up one after another (the A1 was the straw that broke the camels back). The response from
The kitchen manager was indifferent. Our table was then approached by the owner, Frank. Who asked what other issues we had other than the A1 sauce. We explained to him the issues. He said he was sending someone for A1. At that point, we were just ready to leave. The kitchen manager(with the indifferent attitude) then came up because they magically found the steak sauce. She brought a few plastic cups of it. The owner came back up and put lids on the sauce. The kitchen manager did comp the incorrect steak and an appetizer which was appreciated but the way the whole situation happened was just unfortunate. Frank could have been a bit “softer” when speaking to our family, but I do understand that he was extremely busy and had a FULL restaurant. I also was impressed that as an OWNER, he was working alongside his staff, as you don’t see that very often. As someone who has been in management for over 2 decades, I would have spoke to my customers in a different manner. To me, it came off as passive aggressive, which was not needed. That is how I PERCEIVED the conversation. When it comes down to it, a customer perception is their reality. That is what truly gave me the negative impression. We drove almost 2 hours for a family meal at our kids favorite restaurant and unfortunately, this whole situation definitely will make us think about which Texas Roadhouse to patronize.

I normally LOVE Texas roadhouse, we came just from our trip in NYC and we were looking forward to get REAL steak. Food was good, not the sauce we are having usually, but ok nit a big deal.
Waitress wasn’t too interested, didn’t ask how the meal was, busy with other things, but ok, maybe she was into the closing mood already – what disturbed me the most, that we wanted to wash our hands in the bathroom afterwards and NO SOAP in none if the spender was in the bathroom. Therefore, we asked staff , about it and the lady said in the cupboards on top, but there was nothing there either.
So they brought a little bit soap from somewhere else.
I am just wondering, your staff doesn’t use the bathroom so they would notice that soap is all gone or worst, IF they go, they don’t wash their hands with soap??????
Sorry guys but in the food industry this is disgusting.
If both of the soap spender don’t have soap it’s really disgusting and it questions the hygiene of that restaurant which is a no-go.
Where is the manager? No one checks the cleanliness of the bathrooms if there is soap? It’s even disgusting if guests can’t wash their hands (because they can’t ) and touch everything in your restaurant.
No staff goes to the bathroom and reports that they can’t wash their hands after using the bathroom? ALL soap was empty. This never ever happened to me anywhere else before and sorry after a pandemic we used to have, this is insane.
Absolutely ridiculous!

The good ol’ stand by.

Steaks, ribs, rolls with cinnamon butter and baked potatoes. Hard to go wrong there.

Worth the drive.

Great wait staff.

Good place for comfort food.

It was busy. We knew that, they said our wait would be 30-35 minutes and that was spot on. We were waited on quickly. Most of our food came out, from a different server. They said baked potatos would be about 10 minutes. We finished eating. About 10 minutes later (over 20 minutes since they told us the baked potatos would be 10) the server brought the check, I said we hadn’t got our baked potatoes yet, he had no idea we didn’t get them with out food. He said he’d go check. Five more minutes go by and he comes back and says he’s not sure how much longer theyd be and asked if we wanted something else or a.discount. We asked for a discount, they were out of mashed potatoes and there was a giant eyelash in the side of Mac n cheese we had already received. The server came back after another 5 minutes goes by and said it will just be a few minutes. My husband and kids had already gone to the car. I wait for another 10 minutes and he brings the check over with a $2 discount. I understand the sides are huge portion of the meal but at this point it’s just the inconvenience of it all. I would have never waited 15-20 for $2. We spent 2 hours there. Our server was great, none of that was his fault. Two of our 4 orders were requested to be medium well but came out medium rare, they do come out and ask about that but we don’t send food back, not normally something if complain about but with the rest of the experienc…

Yummy blooming onion. It’s a loud place in case you plan on wanting a quiet meal, know this is not the place. Our waitress was great. The hostess never looked up when she talked to anyone. Plus told my daughter and myself 2 different things.

Extremely disappointing experience for my daughter’s 12th birthday.
We tried calling twice earlier in the day and were hung up on both times. Since they don’t take reservations, we put our party of 11 on the waitlist as two separate groups hoping to sit near each other. The hostess was dismissive and repeatedly said tables couldn’t be together. Another employee offered to get a manager; a lead came first and tried to help, but then a woman in an orange shirt came over and was rude, did not acknowledge my wife, and questioned whether our party was present—even after being told they were three minutes away. No apology, no eye contact, no customer service.
My daughter saw how her mom was being treated and was already upset. After we were seated (at tables that were in fact next to each other), she ordered the loaded baked potato—the main reason she chose this restaurant—and was told they were out and it would be a 45-minute wait. She started crying. For a birthday dinner, that’s unacceptable.
We were also told there were no mashed potatoes. The table next to us was told the same thing. Yet two people at our table received extra mashed potatoes they didn’t even order. No bone-in ribeye. Bar couldn’t make Moscow mules or chocolate martinis. My steak and sweet potato were lukewarm.
Despite informing staff it was her birthday:
No birthday acknowledgment
No saddle
No dessert offered
Meanwhile, nearby tables had “Happy Birthday” sung to them
We spent over $400. I’ve served in the military and have been to numerous Texas Roadhouse locations across the country, and they’ve consistently delivered great service. This location does not reflect that standard. This was our second poor experience here, and we will not be returning.
