After 12 years ordering from this Just…. I was very disappointed! I have pics. I ordered this meal to share with family and I was Embarrassed and upset! Embarrassed that had to wait extra time for wings( total 28 min after arriving and my pizza just sat there when I was on time picking up) on NYE but still… Pizza crust and edges Burnt Fl black… Wings grilled and I specifically said No Pit!! I was also upset with the person I sent to pick up bc he should Not have accepted that!!!
I’m currently looking elsewhere bc I can’t afford to be treated this way!!!!

Its a shame that I have to write this review considering the owners have been very nice and gave me great service in the past but no more after today. I ordered the super steak sub (mind you there are 3 different variations of steak subs on their menu), and ordered the super steak sub with fried peppers, onions, and spinach. Instead got a regular steak sub with lettuce and tomato, politely asked workers to remake it and they declined. Stating it is my fault I ordered on doordash and there is only one kind of steak sub even though Its literally on the menu. If that was the case why is there lettuce on it instead of spinach? Terrible customer service, lady on the phone was very rude. Never again, very disappointed considering this was always my go-to pizza place in the past.

I usually don’t post reviews but what just happened deserves recognition. I get pizza here for lunch at least twice a week you can’t beat any 2 slices and a 20oz soda for less than $10 bucks anywhere not to mention delicious by style pizza. I just went there today for lunch and then drove back to work. I’m in my car eating and someone knocked on my window. It was one of the workers with my wallet. I work about 5 mins away and she drove to my job just to deliver my wallet. I wish I knew her name because she deserves recognition for being a genuinely amazing person who goes above and beyond. So it you want good pizza, good customer service, and all around good vibes go to Just Pizza on Niagara Falls Blvd. Thank you so much.

Well started with calling back as I was missing food that I ordered and they sent me the food that was missing but the food was terrible the Italian chicken wings were pretty much mild wings with the lightest coating of the Italian seasoning. Had nasty celery in the box that was brown and makes me wonder if the rest of the food was even fresh. Pizza tasted like card board cold and dry with rock hard crust. Used to like there food. Not sure if it’s location but very unhappy and think this location needs a visit from health inspectors.

No wonder they have such terrible reviews! We placed a double order of chicken fingers that were made completely wrong and missing the knots that were suppose to come with them. When I called and spoke with the manager she said she would re make them but didn’t have the fingers to do so, so she said she was giving us a full credit next time we come in. Well next time we ordered and went in she told us it was only 30 percent off she offered! So a mistake on their end cost the customer?? So let me get this straight, she was willing to remake the order but because SHE didn’t have the fingers I was offered only 30 percent off? How does that make sense! If you’re in the business Industry and this sneaky you deserve to have your business shut down. Food is awful to begin with. Go elsewhere and listen to the awful reviews, they have them for a reason!

The pizza and wings are delicious! And one thing I noticed and absolutely love is that they include pictures of pets who are adoptable on every pizza! There are photos of adoptable pets plastered all over the store, too. Fantastic!!! This seems like a great place for pizza AND a great community supporting business.

I love the food and quality of the food and how everybody treats us at the restaurant they are very nice and polite and caring and today I did a number pick and I picked my number of how old I turned and that was my winning number and it just made my day it’s like a blessing.

They even gave me a free slice of cheese pizza, for my pittbull, Mavis. Just Pizza is now Mavis’ favorite business….on planet Earth! 😉
