Frank Pepe’s is hands down my all-time favorite pizzeria in New Haven! I’m absolutely obsessed with their tomato and cheese pizza, it’s simple (not too many toppings) but so flavorful. The space inside is big and comfortable, and the service is super fast. The line moves quickly and the pizzas come out in no time. A true classic!

If you burn the pizza, please remake it, don’t just sell it as is. It’s food, we’re paying for it. It’s ok to say “Made a mistake! Would you mind waiting while we make another?” I raved about this pizza to some friends & then I show up with a burnt, tart tasting pizza & they were wondering why I would say this was good. I had to tell them it’s not usually bad like this. Don’t wait for complaints, if it looks like it’s burned/ overly orange, just remake it! It had like a tart, cheesy charcoal taste. The staff at the front, who answers the phone are always kind. No complaints there. 5 stars for the women up front.

The people working here are so messed up. I accidentally hit pick up instead of delivery when I ordered from here on DoorDash. I noticed it immediately and contacted DoorDash. They said they couldn’t do anything. If they canceled my order that I wouldn’t get a refund it has to be canceled from the store so I called the store and asked her to do that to cancel the order and I can re-order it for delivery. She said no she can’t cancel it because then they won’t get the credit for the Order

Local pizza place near home, great pizza. They know when I walk in what I already want. Yes I love when a restaurants onions are like, how onions are to taste. So pungently flavored. Tonight I ordered an entire pie, usually it’s two slices. The slices are perfectly sized, that 2 may be filling. Want a late night bite to eat, this spot is open til 3am
Burgers, fries, chicken, salads, annd plenty of canned, 2 liter bottled drinks to choose from and a menu full of goodie’s for you to choose from also. Not a lot of parking so it’s more or less a pick up and go spot. No tables, so pull up a car’s chair, enjoy your music if you’re gonna want anything else before pulling off. A thumbs up to New Haven Pizza.
