Washing Potato’s dishes are generally well‑made, and as someone from Guangdong, I can say the flavors are up to our standard—simple, clean, and comforting. Prices aren’t cheap, but that’s pretty normal for Vegas. What really stood out was the service. The staff were super friendly, and Cynthia, who served us that night, spoke Cantonese and instantly made me feel at home. She was also very thoughtful in recommending vegetarian options for us. A genuinely pleasant dining experience.

We went for dinner on weekday. Three of us enjoyed the experience. Modern interiors. Does not look like typical Chinese restaurant. All dishes we ordered were excellent. They also have a few selections from Thailand and Singapore. Service was attentive. Definitely will go back.

The food was amazing!

Ate the massaman curry yesterday.
Today, the waiter mentioned that I could try something off the menu and the chef would accommodate us.
I would only need to pick the protein and the flavor profile I was going for.

To make it harder for the chef, I’m gluten free.

Wow did he deliver.
He created what you see in the image.

They have lots of gluten free options.
The food is made fresh.

Our server Rebecca is great!

Definitely recommend eating here!

We really really enjoyed having lunch here. The atmosphere was good and had plenty of space between tables and there is some cool lighting. Our server was very nice and helpful and made sure we were happy and taken care of. I had the brisket beef, thstvwas completely amazing Andrew shared the chicken pot stickers and they were amazing as well. We highly recommend this place and we will be back.

The place is too chic for me. I’m not feeling the decor or the constant loud music. The food itself is pretty meh. Hainanese chicken was a disappointment. The chicken was overcooked and it looks and taste a couple days old. The duck salad was decent but you have to work to find the duck bits. Shrimp was above average, with eight jumbo shrimp lightly breaded and tossed with aromatics. Star of the show was the lowly gailan woktossed with garlic. It came out a beautiful inviting emerald plate of deliciousness. The chef totally knew his craft. Crunchy yet not undercooked. Leaves were tender and chewy. I would get that again

We are always in the mood for good Chinese food and how great that Washing Potato is located at the Fountainebleu where we were staying. It is close to Chez Bon Bon. It is a fine dining restaurant specializing in dim sum dishes. They also have a good varirty of other dishes. The ambiance was trendy, great lighting, and bright decor colors. The dress code was business casual.

They have the friendliest staff, who stop to fill your water glass or bring something you may need. It’s a teamwork approach that I appreciated.

Our server was Cindy, who was very nice, attentive and very good at explaining the menu and which were the popular items. We started with cocktails. I had the Lychee Martini and my daughter had the Siete Leguas Reposado. Both drinks were delicious and refreshing. For our main course, I ordered the Beef Chow Fun, which was pretty good and the fried noodles were tasty. My daughter loves shrimp and ordered the Salt & Pepper Prawns dish, which she said was good. We split the Banana Spring Roll, which was like fried bananas with ice cream and was also good.

We had a nice time, the music was great but a little too loud. We would return on our next trip.

Main gripe is cocktail presentation. The glasses were nothing special and the garnishes for two very different drinks were both lime wedges. You would think a yuzu cocktail would have a yuzu peel garnish but no. Expected something slightly more elevated. Food however was delicious. The cucumbers were some of the favorite things we ordered. Also ordered 2 different dumplings and the 1/2 a pecking duck. The pecking duck was cooked perfectly and had the best glazed and crispy skin. Shoutout to the waitstaff for being extremely nice and helpful and offering me club soda and napkins when I accidentally splashed sauce on my white shirt. Also, the music was great! Such a fun vibe.
