I came into McAlister’s Deli in Hiram on T-Mobile Tuesday for the deal, and they were very packed because of it. Even with the crowd, I didn’t have to wait too long, which was impressive considering the situation. On top of that, they were right in the middle of a shift change, and everything still ran smoothly.
The black lady with braids (sorry I didn’t catch her name) was absolutely amazing. She handled everything on her own with such a positive attitude and made sure everyone was taken care of. She definitely deserves a raise for her hard work and professionalism!
The team members in the back were also fantastic — they kept up with the rush orders and made sure everything came out fresh and fast. Overall, it was a great experience, and the staff really went above and beyond under pressure.

Typically, this place has great service and great food, but today was disappointing. We waited 20 minutes, and the order still came out wrong. When we pointed it out, we were told it would take another 30 minutes, so basically we had to either eat it as-is or wait much longer. No one offered an apology, and the cook even joked to another cook saying, “It says no dressing, bruh,” and laughed.
I wouldn’t have felt the need to leave a review if someone had simply apologized, especially since the service is usually excellent. Then they have an accuracy policy printed it doesn’t seem like this policy is being applied. I spent almost $50 including tip for my mom to have waited an hour for food and still be hungry.

My first time trying this deli and I liked it so much I went again the next day to try another menu item.
Food- fabulous pricing, delicious taste, great quality, and good portions.
I can’t believe i had not eaten here until this year. I will be telling everyone to go try McAlisters deli in hiram.

Sandwich was good but the potato salad was room temp and had peices of plastic in it. Something was off with the tea too. There was some stuff floating in the water too (which came out of the fountain machine).

Almost totally a Bad experience. Came with a t mobile special. App kept on crashing. Waiting well over 1 hr to place order. The staff was working hard but they were totally overwhelmed. The sandwich was huge and tasty but they really need fries like firehouse. Maybe next time it will be better.

Ordered out for dinner in the drive thru. Made my decision before heading there and ended up having to change my order on the spot. Why? Well, because what I wanted they didn’t have or they were low on. Kind of disappointed in that news. So we had to settle for what they did have and the food wasn’t that great. Ended up spending around $45+ on food we really didn’t want but we were already out and it was getting late. I haven’t been back since (This was maybe a year ago) Meant to leave a review but just now getting around to it. Might give them another chance but at a different location.

Every time I visit this location, the service is
amazing and the staff is consistently friendly. A special commendation goes to the manager who was on shift today, November 9th, around 6:00 PM. I don’t know his name, but he is always so prompt and genuinely pleasant.
Today was the first time I actually dined in, and I was happy to find the service was just as wonderful as when I get my order to go!
McAlister’s is consistently a 10/10 experience. I also love when they introduce their delicious seasonal items, like the fantastic turkey lasagna soup!
