Great Service and Convenient Stop!
While on our road trip, we stopped in at Olive Garden and had a great experience. Shelby, our waitress, was fantastic — friendly, attentive, and always checking to make sure we had everything we needed for a delicious meal. The food was fresh and flavorful, and the service was excellent. We happened to go during an off time from the crowds and were able to find perfect parking in the back along the side for our Class A motorhome and flat-tow Jeep — a huge plus! A wonderful stop with great food, great service, and relaxing atmosphere easy access for travelers.

Disappointed.
We got it to-go for Valentine’s Day. They were quick to bring it out but they forgot our lemonades.
The breadsticks were stale and the meatballs have too high a percentage of breadcrumbs which makes them have a spongy texture. Also, I doubt they are made in-house, they had a freezer burnt taste.

Clean restaurant. Good music and atmosphere, not too loud. The food? Good to below-average, unfortunately. I started with the calamari, my favorite and almost sole reason for going here. But they must have changed the recipe. The meat was rubbery and over-cooked, and batter was too thick and slightly over-fried. (More brown than golden, but edible). I started out with that appetizer+ the dipping sauce for breadsticks. It took 20 minutes just for the side of alfredo sauce to get to my table. I was annoyed, but patient. For someone who’s worked in an Italian kitchen before, I would be absolutely embarrassed if it took me 20 minutes to get a single side of alfredo sauce to a customer. And to make it worse, not once did my waiter apologize for the wait or delay. But he kept insisting he would check on that and “get to the bottom” of the issue for me, as if it were some Sherlock Holmes mystery why the kitchen can’t get their act together on a Saturday dinner shift. By the time my starter arrived (the dipping sauce and a whopping 2 breadsticks), my entrée arrived as well. (so much for pacing)
The salad that arrived was adequate, but littered with old, translucent greens in the bowl. More disappointment. Fortunately, my entrée was up to standard for quality and was satisfying. I probably won’t be back. It’s good that the company wants the feedback on their touchscreen kiosk on the table (which I wish they would wipe clean in-between customers), but it would be even better if the front of house manager would actively ask feedback on the experience. Maybe they do, but I certainly couldn’t flag one down. Otherwise I would have passed all of this back to them, instead of leaving a public review. I was not impressed. Perhaps the servers can get some remedial training on apologizing to the customers and making their feelings on the experience feel valid.

I was pleasantly surprised to see that I can still get a decent lunch at an affordable price. We only spent $40 including tip. The food was delicious and service was excellent!

My family and I had lunch at Olive Garden restaurant – all of us chose the soup and salad option. The food was tasty, the staff was friendly and professional. We were very pleased.

It’s hit and miss when you order takeout from the Milwaukee location. Either the pasta’s excellent and the salad has seen better days, or vice versa. I was craving a nice creamy fettuccine alfredo, so that is what I ordered. Unfortunately what I received was a major disappointment. The fettuccine had minimal sauce and was so dry that I had to add a little butter and cream and reheat in the microwave just to make it edible. Photos show what it’s supposed to look like and what I got (after I stirred it looking for sauce, and yes it was still warm). But on a up note, the salad was very fresh and delicious. I guess I just really need to learn look at my order before I drive home.

My recent visit to Olive Garden was disappointing, and unfortunately, the food quality did not live up to expectations. While the service was friendly and prompt, the meals we ordered left much to be desired.

The only item on the menu that tasted fresh was the salad, which was crisp and enjoyable with their famous salad dressing. However, the rest of the experience was far from satisfactory. I ordered the Braised Beef Tortellini, and the beef was stale and completely inedible—it tasted worse than a freezer meal. I had to send it back, and while the server graciously removed it from the bill, the dish itself was a major letdown. I opted for the Pasta e Fagioli as a replacement, which was passable but far from memorable.

My wife ordered the Chicken Parmesan, and unfortunately, it also tasted reheated and lacked the freshness you would expect from a restaurant. The flavors were bland, and the dish felt like it had been sitting under a heat lamp rather than prepared fresh.

For the quality of food we received, the prices were far too high. Paying premium prices for reheated, subpar meals is simply unacceptable. While the service staff was friendly and efficient, the food quality overshadowed any positives from the experience.

The only reason we visited Olive Garden was because we had a gift card, but based on this experience, we will not be returning. The poor food quality and mismatched pricing make it hard to justify another visit. If you’re looking for fresh, flavorful Italian food, I recommend exploring other options.

We had a wonderful experience at this Olive garden thanks to our really great waitress! Ashlie! She was so kind and helpful. We will definitely be back again and make sure that we have to sit in her section! Is that good?
