I’ve lived a lot of places and ate at a lot of Little Caesars but none of them have ever been anywhere near as awesome as this one. The staff in there is always very helpful. When you walk in to get your pizza the floors are always clean the employees are always happy. There are a lot of other pizza places in this town that are chains that in other cities I probably would go to before Little Caesars but not in Guntersville Alabama Little Caesars is my Top Choice!!!

Ordered my pizza online. Arrived on time to pick up pepperoni pizza only to discover it was not in the portal. I received an email to ask the attendant. I asked and showed her the message. She turned and pulled one from their stock. I reminded her that I ordered a pepperoni, and she acknowledged that’s what I was receiving. Upon arriving back home, I opened the box only to discover a cold cheese pizza. It was time for the football game, so I could not make the 8 mile trip again. So we decided to eat the pizza anyway. The pizza left an aftertaste in our mouth, and part of the greasy pizza was stuck to the box. This will be the last time I order from Little Ceasars. Yuck, upset stomach all night.

Normally the pizza is dry over cooked with no cheese, however, today I was very surprised to have gotten hot cheesy cooked to perfection pizza. Whoever the cook is today if you keep doing ya thang you will bring more service into this restaurant. Big thanks!!

I called in four pizza’s tonight. Ask them to be fresh three of them were not hot and ready so should have been made to order. I ask when I arrived if they were fresh and he said yes, would you like to look? I said no sir, I will take your word. Drive 10 minutes home and only the supreme is fresh. Go to papa John’s. Just a few minutes down the road. Also the two extra most beat I ordered seem to be old classic pepperoni

The Mexican cashier was so sweet and polite. The food has gone downhill. I barely had any sauce on my pizza at all and it was not fully cooked.

Customer service is usually ok. I just wanted to warn anyone, who expected the stuffed crust to be halfway decent.
It’s now awful. It has that gross cardboard crust like the rest of them, and there’s barely any cheese in the crust.
At least dominos will offer to remake your pizza or really offer anything. I think dude just wanted to go home, he was like it’s fine. That’s how it’s supposed to be. I had it last week, and it was completely different so I’m guessing that’s just the new recipe.
It’s one thing when you expect something to be bad, but no one expects cardboard surprise.
