I have been a long-time regular customer at this Jack in the Box because, honestly, the food has always been consistently good for what it is. However, the experience has drastically declined since the arrival of the new manager.
The issue is not the food; in fact, my last few orders have been just as good as always. The real problem is the new manager’s attitude. In my recent visits, I have witnessed a complete lack of customer service.
It seems her presence creates a tense atmosphere, and her manner of interacting with customers is unacceptable. Not only does she have a visibly negative attitude, but she also fails to demonstrate the management skills required for a customer-facing position.
Ironically, the rest of the staff seems to be trying hard, but the atmosphere feels heavy because of her.
Conclusion: Frankly, the food is not worth the bad experience. As long as this person is in charge, I prefer to go elsewhere. Good food is not worth it if it comes with poor service. We urge management to review this employee’s customer service training.

On September 2nd I order 2 meals, I repeat it myself like 3 times, when I got to the window the girl handed me 1 meal, so I’ve asked her, why only one? she said that she only charge me for one, that is totally fine, then the manager in charge with pink hair came with an attitude towards me, saying you only got charge for one, so I told her to fix the speaker at the drive thru, then she kept her attitude towards me, so I’ve paid for the second meal, then I had to ask the first girl for my receipts, surprise the next morning when I start doing the online survey, someone already had done it. that’s totally weird so I am contacting corporate, they need to treat customers better!!!!

On 072123 was my first time coming to this place. I drove up to: drive thru and ordered two meals. To my surprise, my two meals had no french fries, unacceptable.

Always great and friendly service ! Food is great. Only thing they need to work on is their drive through window, they need to bring it out so it’s closer to the drivers and easier for the team members to hand off the orders.
