I needed a late evening meal on Saturday and this place seemed just right. I was immediately greeted and seated. My waitress was very nice and the meal came out quickly. Just what I needed. They even have free soft-serve ice cream.

Well all I heard was how good the fajitas were. I guess if you like roast beef instead of fajita steak, then you’ll be ok the guacamole was soupy. Not what I consider guacamole.
Rice/beans were ok. Chips and salsa ok. I’ve had fajitas in Mexico and all over the southwest. I assure you it’s roast beef.

Love that each of us had our own small bowl of salsa. Fajita taco plate was great, like street tacos with cabbage/cilantro. Good portion sizes. Good service. Free ice cream with your meal is nice too.

Service was good. Food was not. Our waitress was trying to upsale some guacamole when we first arrived so I ordered some to go with our chips and salsa, needless to say the only way it even remotely looked like guacamole was because of the color, it did not look appetizing nor did it taste like guacamole. Meal portions are small and look slapped together. Was definitely not worth the price. Our first and last time trying this restaurant.

Chips and sauce 8/10. Would be better if chips were hotter. Queso was decent. Probably 9/10 compared to other local spots. I ordered the combination 1. Taco was ok, the meat had a different kind of flavor than we are used to but not terrible. The cheese enchilada was fair. The tamale was good. The chili on the top was decent. Beans and rice were good. Probably a 7/10. We also ordered the fajitas. I would give that 9/10. Tasted great. The only problem with that is there wasn’t enough of it. I might order the fajitas for 2 next time for a healthy appetite. Service was good. The lady did a good job keeping chips on the table and water in our glasses. There was a bit of a wait for our dinners, but it was fine as we were enjoying a night out. Will be back to eat here again. Price seemed cheaper than other places. Reasonable.

If I could give it no stars I would. Some of the worse food I’ve eaten in East Texas. I don’t know how this restaurant stays in business. Except that they are on the highway. Only redeeming quality was the waitress was attentive.

I’m not exactly sure what happened to this restaurant. When they were located in downtown Bullard, the food was amazing. It was the talk of the town! When they moved to this new location quite some time ago, the food was still good! But something has happened! The food is terrible now worst I’ve ever had at a Mexican food restaurant! And that’s a pretty high bar to hit
