The staff were extremely friendly. Every table in the dining area was dirty. I had to wipe off our table to clear it of what smudges and food stains I could with napkins. There was a puddle of water in the middle of the dining room with a wet floor sign just sitting on top of it. The chicken was overly greasy and the breading on the chicken was soggy. Mashed potatoes were not even mixed up, there was a ball of powdered potato covered in gravy. Not real impressed with the quality or care put into preparation.

My family from out of town was on their way for the holidays and my son-in-law decided he wanted KFC chicken. As a local, I told him “do not go to the Rockmart KFC!” He’s a little hard headed and went anyway. After trying a piece of chicken, he decided I was right and said to give it to the dogs. No way my dogs were getting it and the bucket went into the trash! They did eat some of the biscuits and mashed potatoes.

The food was horrible. Ordered the 3 piece chicken box. Pictures will show you there was hardly no chicken and my leg was missing a lot. I understand the chicken ordeal but dang lower your prices if I can not get decent product.

Just went through the drive thru and my wedges was not fresh at all. I said something about she took them from me and brought something else back and those wedges was even worse. You dont suppose to take food back through the window anyways. Just absolutely disgusting. Will never eat here again. What a waste of money. Over 30 dollars worth of trash.

I decided to give KFC a try after years of not patronizing their restaurants. Mostly I decided to try because of the promotion currently running for a free bucket of original recipe chicken with a $15+ purchase. I ordered 8 tenders ($19.99!?!) to get the free bucket. To say I was disappointed would be a massive understatement. The tenders were tiny, scrawny things, one of them literally less than 2 inches long. Were it not for the sauce, there would have been no flavor. The bucket of chicken can best be described as “swampy.” Even though I had to wait longer than anticipated for them to “finish cooking fresh chicken”, it was soggy, greasy, and lacking any kind of seasoning. It was pale in color, the skin/”crust” sloughed off like skin on a burn victim. We ended up throwing it in the trash. If this experience is the standard now for KFC it seems I haven’t been missing anything … and won’t be back.

Gross. No wonder why yall have a 3.0 rating. My dad was visiting us and my husband and him went to pick up a family meal. Y’all were out of gravy so they had to go to Bojangles to get some. The skin on the fried chicken was soggy and falling off of the chicken. Nothing crispy about it. There was a hair in the bucket of chicken and also visible flakes in our mashed potatoes. We will never get anything from this location again. PSA to consumers, this was the only pic I took but my father will be sending the others to corporate tomorrow.
I’m editing to add that my dad was so upset about the matter he called today and we were offered a free meal. No thank you. They refused a refund as their receipt paper, like their gravy, was also out so we didn’t have a receipt. We can prove it on bank records but not sure what will come from that. We shall see!

I am giving it a one star only because the employee who brought our food was fast and sweet! However, the chicken was horrendous. My whole family wanted to throw up just looking at it. We ordered extra crispy. What they gave us was definitely not extra crispy. I would even go as far as them giving us undercooked chicken. This is the worst KFC location I have visited. The mashed potatoes and biscuits were hard. It was very disappointing!

Terrible experience After ordering, getting home and discovering chicken wings was dried and hard as a rock , Mac & cheese mushey clump together. I should of checked before leaving, but thought I was at a reputable KFC a place where they would represent the standard of it’s name, good tasty food. Shut it down Terrible service, food, Nasty and unclean dinning area as well.
