Portions were super cheap $25 for two half sandwiches. Size of the sandwich was like a half of a sub but priced as a “regular” sub. Whatever that means. Did enjoy the GF bread tho that was the only good part. There was barely any chicken or toppings it kinda just felt like I was eating bread with cheese. Kinda disappointed:(

The prices continually go up and the portions, go down and then the employees wait for tips.
Maybe since there are establishment, they work for is charging. A premium price, maybe they should tip the employees!

I’ve always like the subs here but the last two times I went the girl cutting the meat slices it, puts it on the bread, then takes it off, puts it on scale and takes some of the meat off. There’s hardly anything left on it. Never seen this at any Jersey Mikes. Will not go to the Novi location again. Seems as if you order a mini turkey you should be able to visually put the right amount of meat on it.

This was the first time that I’ve been to Jersey Mike’s on Novi Rd. The food was very good, and they slice the deli meet to order. Prices were reasonable, as well.
The only issue we had was the restaurant was very dirty. Most of the tables were dirty and the garage bin was overflowing. I was surprised, as we were there at an off peak time. I’d go back for the food, but definitely would not dine in.

Had the best sandwich here! Ordered a club sub , regular size. Delicious! Had just the right amount of mayo and oil and vinegar. I was traveling so won’t be able to go back anytime soon, but your staff can put together a fantastic sandwich!

The subs we ordered were very good! However, the prices are too high, even with the promotional coupon we had. Two of the three staff members we interacted with during this visit had bad attitudes. My friend asked for her sub to be toasted and the young lady behind the counter gave her a nasty look. Her coworker took responsibility and apologized. But she still proceeded to be rude and slammed the sub onto the grill.

Ive ate Jersey Mike’s subs once before, i ordered 3 subs last night to be delivered. Two out of 3 subs were made as ordered. My sub of course was someone else’s sub. I ordered a cheesesteak, i got some chicken mess with pepperoni on it. Of course it was after they closed before i noticed they sent the wrong sub.
So i drive up here today to complain and hopefully get my sub finally….NOPE their darn grill isnt working so now im in their GREEN BOOK with a credit for my sub whenever they get their grill repaired. So unacceptable Jersey Mike’s. I understand the grill breaking is out of your control, but to whatever idiot that messed up my order, the $12.20 should be taken out of your paycheck and Thanx for ruining my dinner last night and for me having to drive up here in 93° heat just to be told the grill is broke and i still dont get my sub. These fast food places need to train their employees much better. I wont be buying here ever again, i dont patronize places that are incompetent.
