Another great sandwich at Jimmie John’s ! The bread is soo fresh and sandwiches are made to order . They don’t skimp on ingredients and every bite is delicious! Thier signature chips fried in peanut oil are the best !! Always a good sandwich ! Great service too !

We ordered and paid for two sandwiches. The person at the counter was not friendly at all. IAs we were waiting people would come in and get theirs orders before ours. We then found out from another customer that there was a 45 min wait for walk in orders, we were never told this to begin with. People who ordered by phone, they came first we were told. This is a terrible way to run a business. We received our money back and went to another sandwich place and got our order in less than 5 minutes. We will never eat there again.

By far the worst Jimmy John’s I have eaten. Not sure what is going on here. Bread was thin and tasteless with a strangely chewy crust. Fillings were flavorless. Maybe all the recipes changed to be low calorie??? Would have been palettesble if I added mayonnaise to a tuna which is usually completely unnecessary.
Not giving 1 star as the food was edible and on time for a pickup order.

Jimmy’s used to be good. Now it’s an only go when I get an offer on the app place for me. Sandwiches are OK. Bread is good. It all tastes the same to me. The gargantuan is good to split between me and the older two. But it’s expensive.

I am very disappointed with the customer service with the Roseburg Jimmy Johns. My mom had ordered three of their boxes. I am a teacher, and she was bringing lunch to me. She ordered me a vegetarian and had added some extra veggies. I was teaching summer school, so by the time I had opened up my box, it had been awhile. I open up my box, and I realize that my sandwich was just bread and cheese, also known as a number 9 slim.
Now things like this happen, so she called Jimmy Johns. First of all they refused to even talk about it until she had a receipt. She explained it was in her car, but they did not budge. Ok, so she went out to get her receipt. She called them back and explained what had happened, but instead of offering to make it right, they kept claiming it was just a miscommunication. Now the receipt even said 9 slim. First of all, why would anyone want a bread and cheese sandwich? My mom had thoroughly gone through veggies with them. Were they not listening? When she tried to explain that to them, they were still not taking it seriously. She then asked to speak to a manager. Which had them giggling and calling her a Karen. Now the manager or whoever it was, kept insisting it was a miscommunication. Finally she gets fed up and hangs up. Not once did they offer to make it right, or take accountability.
After a while they call back. My mom explained to them that they had been a long supporter of local businesses. In fact, she has used Jimmy John catering multiple times before. There is lots of back and forth. To which nothing happens, so she hung up again.
Finally they call back a third time. This time they finally offer to give her a credit. All of this is after she said she would no longer be supporting Jimmy Johns. However it is a store credit which is laughable. They offered to remake it, after all of this, but only if she drove all the way back to the store. My school, is
only 6 minutes away from the store by car. In an ideal situation , they would have offered to deliver a sandwich, as they were the ones who messed up.
So after all of this, my mom was treated like a stupid Karen, and we were given a very tepid resolution. Well Jimmy Johns has lost some business. We will not be supporting the Roseburg Jimmy Johns again.
I tried eating the bread and cheese sandwich, but it was pretty tough. I ended up giving it to my labrador. She took a while to chew through it. So I don’t think she really wanted it either.

Good bread but the sandwich was dry. No option for oil or vinegar. Service was typical and nothing special. I wish we had a Jersey Mike’s here in town. Closest is Eugene. Might be worth the drive.
