The food is excellent, but, the supervisor is extremely rude, I had a gift card for Burger King and the machine wasn’t working, The supervisor was extremely rude in helping me out, My gift card had $20 they machine said it had $15, And the supervisor new that it originally had $20, She said that I had to loose $5 in my gift card. Another thing is the wait is so long she made us wait almost 30min.

This morning, there were two mexican employee workers, who racial profiles me because I am African american. I needed to use the bathroom and order some food. They treated me like if I was some type of criminal or something. I was told that I just can only go through the drive through, when they clearly opened up at 6am.

The food I like Burger King but the manager what is a complete and rude manager I’ve ever met. I had explained to him let my dog was a service dog and he said without paperwork my dog cannot be on the dining room . I said that’s fine I was all but I have seizures and that’s what he’s for I have a brain tumor it’s cancerous so it causes seizures he said oh well that’s life you still can’t have a dog in here. Like who says that to a person who is not so fine. No caring and just plain rude . Later the day I had a mini stroke in my sleep too .. causes by stress !! But on good note there was a worker there and he was awesome . N the melt swiss with onions is fabulousssss

I never come here but I stopped by after getting off work late because I wanted a burger. I’m so glad I stopped by. The service was amazing!!! I think his name was Zavian, he greeted me with a smile, was very friendly, and had great customer service. The other guy that made my milkshake asked for my cup back so he can wipe it clean. Overall, amazing service!
