Whoever the crew was that was working tonight was fantastic. It was a little before midnight on 10/11/25 and we rolled up with a big order…everyone was so polite and our order was 100% correct. Props to those sweet ladies. I am very thankful for such awesome customer service.

⭐ “One of the Worst McDonald’s Experiences We’ve Had”
From ordering to picking up our food, this visit was rough. Our order wasn’t made correctly, we were missing items, and when we went inside to let them know, the attitudes from the employees made it even more frustrating.
No one seemed to know what food went where, and the confusion behind the counter was honestly surprising. I know it’s just McDonald’s, but I’ve never had a fast-food experience this disorganized before.
We finally got the rest of our food, but the customer service and overall experience definitely left a bad impression. Not the quick and easy stop we were hoping for.

I normally don’t bother with this because I’d have to complain nearly every time I order anything to eat. Lately I mostly just get a frozen drink at curbside, and this is what I get for not checking my orders. I grabbed a large fry this time and this is what I got. A medium in a large box and barely salted. The last time I did that it was far better. You can always tell when the noobs or the careless are working…

I was in line waiting too order… After a worker came from bringing an order outside he asked the customer in front of me if he ordered the guy said no.. The cashier took his order.. (in between that customer ordering a worker came from the back and used the kiosk too order) after the cashier took the customer order in front of me.. The worker went straight too the counter disregarding me standing there and gave the cashier her ticket. Idk if that’s something McDonald’s does r not but I found that too be rude! I didn’t say anything because I had my 5 yo great niece and if it wasn’t for her wanting McDonald’s I wouldn’t have been there! So McDonald’s is that protocol? If a kiosk order comes before a person standing in line waiting too order I will NOT be back too any of the McDonald’s establishments!

I love McDonalds but this ain’t it. Hope you’re not gonna have to wait, it’s always so long. The workers are rude. The nuggets are always soft and soggy, the fries are almost always soggy, it’s never predictable on the quality of food you’re gonna get. I’d rather drive to Morgan City for McDonald’s than come to this one. I wish corporate would come and fix this.

It all depends on who’s working with customers. I genuinely like Most of the employees who work here. BUT, this morning (11/12/24), I picked up a Door Dash order, and the nastiest attitude came from the woman handing me the order. It wasn’t packaged well, and she refused to show me the number on the bag, so I could properly verify what I was receiving, before confirming the order. (She was aggressive towards me about confirming the order.) While another McDonald’s worker, crowded me at the counter, she made comments about me having a bad attitude, as I walked away. This was a Very uncomfortable situation. I’m just trying to do my job. That’s above my pay grade. I will be Declining orders for this location, in the morning, for the foreseeable future. Do Better.
