So disappointed. Sunday afternoon and we were some of the only people in there. You’d think for it not being busy, it would’ve been a timely experience for take out. It took forever. Staff seemed inexperienced and no urgency with our orders. We get our food home and my sandwich was pretty much just bread. Barely any actual food on my sandwich. The tea was trickling out of the container. It was just sucky all around for such an expensive sandwich

You will not be blown away by their food or service, but it is a welcomed addition to the food offerings in Portage. So we have been here twice now, once when it first opened and a week ago. The food is good, but there seems to be some training or staffing issues. We were missing items, they were out of items, sweet tea not sweet (yes I checked t I make sure I got the right tea), and we were served soup in to go containers. We love the place more than Panera, we just wish it was more like others we have been to.

Interior is clean, comfortable, and spacious. Food is fresh and reasonably priced. Customer service depends. Today I got a nice server but last time I got one that was incredibly rude.

Okayyy soo I thought I’d give it a try again because last time my stuff was slightly just thrown together and cold but this time was the same thing the substitutions I added to my salad were completely ignored and my nachos came not made,thrown together not even watered and it was missing half the ingredients. For a 13$ salad that’s irritating and if I wanted to make my own nachos at least to have them warm I would’ve stayed home.

Went to McAllisters Deli for the first time and had a great experience! The food was delicious, the portions were perfect, and we didn’t wait long for our food. The drink station was a little messy, but there were plenty of drink options. The lemonade was spectacular, and the staff that helped us were kind and quick. I had the chicken salad croissant with Mac and cheese, and they were both delicious. I also ordered a sugar cookie, and it was okay, not my favorite, but not bad.

This restaurant should close their doors asap. Put in an order through the app. 4 pick 2’s one for each member of my family, not a single one was correct (mustard on a sandwich we asked it to be left off, no avocado and the avocado BLT, no Au Jus with the French dip, no requested added toppings on the other sandwich) beyond that we waited well over and hour for delivery, tracked the driver and watch them make other stops and drive way out of the way.
Food was cold when it arrived (Cuban sandwich had melted cheese and meat that was so cold it was like it was straight out of a refrigerator). Started eating anyway because after a long wait we were hungry and discovered the salads we got all smelt like there were rotten eggs on them.

Great food! Was surprised by the portions. My 1/2 side salad looked like a whole salad. Sandwiches were delicious. I got the spicy southwest and wife got the Ruben. Place is very clean and workers were patient since this was my first time here. Was a bit chilly but thats bearable. Will be back.

Food tasted good. Did not get the order correct. Have missed items multiple times, like chips, cheese for potatoe, soup. Sandwich was made incorrectly. They Need to slow down and make sure the order is correct, before bagging it up to be picked up.
