This was our first time here, the waitress gave us suggestions and was very nice. The food came out pretty quickly. Tasted great. One downside is that they don’t make the specialty pizza in halves. We would have preferred to get 2 different ones but that’s not allowed.

This pizza was absolutely amazing! We ordered the Supreme Dog with spicy sauce and it was packed with flavor in every bite. The ingredients tasted fresh and the crust was perfect. It was even great the next day as leftovers. We’ll definitely be back to try more!

I had this for the first time on 2/21, it was amazing. I love trying new hole in the wall places and this one did not disappoint. My favorite thing was the pretzel bites with queso, 10/10. Our server was really nice and our food was incredible.

Typical bar pizza parlor vibe, has one side that’s dedicated restaurant and a second side that is 21+, dedicated bar areas, very nice to fit whichever vibe you were searching for that night. On a Saturday dinner visit, the restaurant side was quite busy with a wait for a table while the bar side was 75% full.
Food was great, drinks were good, will be back for sure.

My order was a Large pepperoni pizza and their lasagna bites to go!
The pizza: cheesy, HOT, full of flavor, and absolutely fresh! You can tell they make their dough in house, simply by the pleasant smell of the yeast, delightfully shouting at your nostrils, when you go to take a bite!
The Lasagna Bites, everything you’d love about a homemade lasagna from your Grandmother, but succulently elevated by it being deep fried! The outside is crispy and the inside is a beautiful lasagna!
Whether you’re just visiting Columbus or staying, I would ABSOLUTELY make Hound Dog’s Pizza, a 1st stop!

The food was absolutely amazing. We had the pretzel bites with queso. The queso was so good. We also had the deep fried lasagna roll ups. I was hesitant, but hubby wanted to try them. They were outstanding. We had a pepperoni hand tossed pizza. The crust was probably the best crust I’ve ever had. Pizza was delicious. Our waitress was super busy but took great care of us. I think she was the only one working. The only thing bad I have to say is that it was freezing inside. I had to keep my coat on and my legs felt like ice. I’m not sure why it was so cold in there. Food was so good, I’ll overlook how cold it was. We will definitely be back.

I claim this is the best pizza in columbus. The service is steady, but its not a quick in and out. Its a eating experience.
Very unique esthetic.
My only complaint is if its crowded it is very loud. But not alot of soft surfaces in the building to help with that.
Strongly suggest smokin Joe’s crust.
If you do heat, howling hot pizza sauce adds another level to an already perfect pie.
Their cheese never dissipoints.
Any time im passing through columbus I am picking up a pizza from hounddogs. Its always the best.
If I could get a location to open in mansfield , this place would do amazing.
