I ordered wings from this Little Caesars and found mold on them, which is completely unacceptable and a serious health concern. When I brought it to their attention, they refused to take responsibility for their mistake and tried to brush it off by offering a free pizza instead. A free pizza does not fix serving unsafe food. There was no real apology or concern for customer safety. I will not be coming back, and I recommend others be cautious before ordering from this location

Walked in on a Thursday and nothing was hot-and-ready, despite the store not being busy. I waited 10 minutes for an EMB that’s advertised as hot-and-ready!

Yesterday evening, my mother in and I drove to this location to order some pizzas because we tried ordering them through the phone, but got no answer. Once we arrived, my mother in law asked the guy that assisted us (Diego G)why they didn’t pick up. Diego and the girl beside him at the counter began to giggle which to me was rude. In a sense it implicated that they purposely ignored the call. I then asked the girl if they had maybe silence the phone or lower the volume. She got upset and said no we were busy. Which I understand that. What I don’t understand is the need to laugh at a customers face. I wasn’t expecting a 5 star restaurant service, no let’s be for real.What I was expecting was the human decency to not be laughed at our face. Although I shouldn’t shift the entire blame on the employees as their behavior is a clear reflection of a lack of proper management in this location.

I live down the street and I always get pizza from here. I usually always order the same thing the stuffed crust pizza with pepperoni, ham, pineapple, and half jalapeños. And it’s usually always good. But this time I went and ordered my usual , got home and it was horrible. It was cold, the crust was messed and the ingredients, well, there was just none. There was one pineapple only on a couple of the slices on others. There was two pineapples. You couldn’t even tell there was ham on it. One of the pizzas only had one jalapeño. Very sad, major letdown.

What can I say super disappointed in the pizza. It was hard, stale, looked burnt and super hard crust. Not sure why this location has so many customers but you do not to disappoint me whenever I visit your location with the same awful pizza. You should learn from the Fortworth Ave location and be on the same page as them cause their doing something right with their pizza. Their pizza taste and looks way fresher than yours it’s not worth the $ for me but customers seem to like y’all. It’s not for me, I like my pizza fresh and that looks appealing, not hard and stale, greasy etc

I would not order delivery from here it definitely pick up. I ordered online on the website for 3 pizzas and got only 1. I also ordered dips but did not receive those either.
When I called customer service to ask for a refund for the pizzas and delivery fee I was told the delivery fee would be left as a note only.
I would NOT recommend delivery at all from this place.

Everytime I have chosen to stop at this location to grab pizza I have been disappointed. It’s either a dry pizza, cut unevenly, and this time it tasted awful. I don’t know if they became angry cause I requested extra sauce but our pizza tasted horrible and kinda sour.

Pizza was burnt and I wasn’t about to drive back 15 minutes to get another pizza told me that they didn’t have the hot and ready available that it was going to take about 15 minutes and all they had was the most bestest pizza with the most pepperoni and I don’t want to wait so I just got that one but when I got home, the pizza looked burnt and been there for a while and that heating pod this has been the worst experience ever
