Food was made fast and was hot when picked up. however as I was leaving I seen this gentleman with his gloves on well touching his phone that was also sitting on the counter where the pizza goes!
Dont seem very sanity for anyone especially the consumers. Ended up walking out and tossing the pizza in trash. We just ended up going somewhere else to eat that takes service and cleanliness seriously. Would rather lose money than get sick.

Had a great pizza but they did forget my plates napkins and parm packs when I ordered delivery. They should just keep extras in vehicle. Still a very well made pizza and delicious and hot. If tour staying at hotel I think they to meet you in lobby.
Im fighting a disease right now and didnt realize this and am not too ambulatory but i would suggest meeting in lobby. Delivery drivers like that better.

I came in last night at 11:30ish to pick up my online order. After almost getting home I realized one of the wings were the incorrect flavor and the others looked disgusting. We went back and arrived at 11:50 and the front door was locked. Employee was blasting music and left us out in the cold for 20 mins. Their truck people that came at the same time as us had to let the employee know we were there. Even though we got a refund I didn’t want it because the store was closed. Next morning I called and spoke to the GM and he was extremely helpful and remade our order with no hesitation. The GM didn’t give us any issues and I really appreciate him.

I put in an order at 10pm and when I picked it up, the guys working were super cool with me and didn’t seem bothered at all how late I was making them work. They also gave me a survey card that gets me free cinnamon sticks next time I go in, so l was pretty happy about that. Great pizza as always, especially with the stuffed crust. The cookies are amazing too!

I ordered 2 pizzas over the past month. I didn’t leave the review until the second time twice. They brought me Pizza. That was dry, no sauce, hardly any cheese. I literally had to call and ask for my money back cause no one in the house could eat this piece of crab Pizza.

The pizza was delicious. We asked for extra cheese and lo and behold there was actually extra cheese!!! We also ordered wings and they were just as good. Highly recommend this Pizza Hut and we will be going again and again and again!

Awful….thought we would try the new melts. Had trouble ordering online had to order numerous times before I called and than it wasn’t a problem. When it arrived there was absolutely no dipping sauce except ranch for the chicken, bacon, ranch. Funny it had no chicken nor bacon. It was cheese and very little pepperoni?? Won’t do that again.

We ordered light on cheese, and light on sauce, both were extra if anything. We called and told them that we hate calling because they do this all the time, the manager said he would credit us a pizza, we called back two days later and was denied! Not the money it’s the simple fact you can’t get it right! Guess it’s Papa John’s !
