This young black girl in the morning time today was rude as hell like the customer is not paying for the food but asking for free. No skills to handle the food or follow instructions. Packed sandwich in worng manner that it open with the wrapper . If you don’t like your job or don’t like to talk to people, then sit at home. Let someone passionate or professional replace you so that business can grow. She was frustrated in the morning in an empty store. Imagine how she would behave in busy hours ♂️

Was just here with my sister, the old bat as a manager was so incredibly rude to EVERYONE! you should not be in customer service if you cant even be nice to paying customers! We got OVERCHARGED for the wrong size drinks and we got charged extra for toppings that were supposed to be INCLUDED! Then when i called to report it, the manager couldnt take any responsibility for her actions. Acted like an absolute CHILD! SHE SHOULD BE FIRED! What should have been a $20 order turned into $60! WE WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION.

I don’t know if the girl was new, but I ordered flat bread and she folded my flat bread hamburger style…… When I got home to eat it, everything fell apart, ingredient was not spread out evenly….I did not enjoy it…. She did it because she didnt like how flat bread was hard to fold the long way…..

Came with a coupon for BOGO Free with purchase of a drink. apparently this chain does not take coupon because manager or owner (i forgot) “didn’t like giving free things because will lose money”. The topping/fillings didn’t look fresh either. I am never coming back here again. I rather go to a stand alone subway than here.

I was very happy with the service and quality of food. I really like Subway, but often I feel like I am just pushed through. Today there were 3 ladies, and they had a huge order before me, but they made my food with smiles and laughs. I will be back. Thank you Nina, Amber. Aliyah for making my visit awesome.

I walk in and both of the employees are sitting at the customer tables and I had to stand there for 5 minutes until one of them finally realized OH I HAVE CUSTOMERS so he makes my sandwich, and then he forgets to give me napkins. I get to sit down on one of their grimy tables because neither 2 of them cleaned any of the tables (unlike McDonald’s who are always cleaning their tables from previous customers meal mess). Every time I come into this subway the workers are never behind the counter unless it’s busy. Like seriously? I shouldn’t have to say something to get their attention they should never leave the counter unless on break, period.

This subway is usually one of the better ones in town. However, yesterday while in line a coworker ordered a special from the menu that came with guacamole on it. They had to argue with the artist about the guacamole being on it. My coworker even pointed out on their menu board it clearly says it comes with guacamole. And the artist didn’t even bother to look?! It took presumably the manager coming out and saying it did! I mean if we want guacamole just give us guacamole, just say hey that may be extra or try learning what’s on what you offer.

2 times I have called in and order to be ready at 11am. This time I walked in expecting to pick up my food only to find out they had not made our order yet. I walked up to the counter and the young man that was standing there completely ignored us turned around to do something else. Did even ask if we could be helped. We got our order that wasn’t even ready when we got there then the girl that made it was trying to put the wrong topping on the subs even down to putting cheese on my husband who has a cheese allergy.

My wife got a sub and they made it wrong, which is amazing because you tell them what you want as they make it, then the lady proceeds to argue that the toppings are the same anyway.
After getting the food and watching her clean, the lady does trash, has trash bags on the food counter and makes the next customers sandwich with out washing her hands.

I get it, you work at subway but have some pride in yourself. I’m sorry I took you away from your phone, but why be rude? Maybe at some point you’ll replace the diet coke that’s out and not roll your eyes at the next customer who informs you.
