They picked the name because the sign only had room for nine letters and it looked like a little hut. Fast forward, they changed the game in the 90s with stuffed crust pizza, putting cheese right in the edges, and now its the biggest pizza chain out there with those classic red roofs and tons of locations worldwide.
From the original pan pizza thats crispy on the outside and soft inside, to stuffed crust melts, thin and crispy options, or loaded ones like Meat Lovers piled high with meats or the Supreme with all the veggies and toppings, Pizza Hut always delivers that satisfying, indulgent vibe. We recently ordered from Pizza Hut in Jackson and I have to say, I was seriously impressed!
Even without dining under the classic red roof, the experience was just as satisfying at home.
The pizza was fresh, hot, and with that signature cheesy goodness that Pizza Hut is known for. The crust was perfectly golden and crispy on the outside while staying soft on the inside—just the way we like it.
The toppings were generous, and the flavors were spot on. It felt like it had just come out of the oven when I took my first bite! Pair that with their tasty breadsticks and a side of marinara, and it made for the perfect meal.
Pizza Hut Jackson, you guys are awesome!

Offered to go above and beyond for me because a coupon that was being offered was not taking through the app. Very impressed with his courteousness, professionalism, personableness, and skillset to put customers first if you want repeat business! Kudos to Dan. Because of him I will be returning for future business.

No bag at all. Missing half the order. Impossible to get in contact with the store. Transferred over 10 times only to not speak with anyone about my order. Wings were TERRIBLE! Alfredo taste like water. Just a huge disappointment! First and last time from this location FOR SURE!

Called and placed an order on the phone for two pies – 1 sausage (extra well done), 1 bacon. Arrive at store 20 min later and it takes 6 minutes for 1 of the 4 employees to even acknowledge I’m there. Guy finally comes to ring me up. I ask if the sausage pie was well done and he proceeds to tell me “your order is taken at a call center and I have no room in my ovens to do that”. I have no idea what that even means since my order was literally already in the oven but I guess dude was having a day.

I purchased pizza it was insanely greasy.
Furthermore the way it goes from oven to box is too much. She cut it outside of box then threw in box and shook it so the pie would miraculously go back together again

If I could give negative stars I would…my order not being ready on time was the least of my worries. I walked in and two customers before me had been there for over an hour waiting on their order, one kid 2-1/2(not sure why he didn’t leave). The “cashier” asked him three times while I was there what he ordered. Upon walking in a saw a pizza(which looked identical to the one I ordered) sitting on a rack this was about 9:15pm. A few pans got thrown on top of it, I figured that must be trash. At about 9:45 someone moved the pizza and sneakily tried to put it in a box, ten mins later handed it to me. I immediately told them I was not accepting that pizza bc it had been sitting on that rack since I walked in and not sure how long before that, he looked at me puzzled as if I didn’t just see what happened. That alone is enough for me to never order from here again. I won’t mention the throwing of the pans in the back or the fact that the guy preparing the pizza and putting sauce in boxes kept touching his face and putting his long hair behind his ears.

Every time I walk into a Pizza Hut, it’s a gamble of whether the interior is updated or whether it looks straight from the early 2000s. This Pizza Hut was the latter. With grungy carpets and checkerboard tables, it’s a Hut that could definitely use a face lift, but it’s still charming in its own wacky sort of way. There was a slight musty smell from our booth in the corner that dated the place further. But who goes to Pizza Hut for the decor? The pizza, a personal pan, was average and tasty. Our waiter wasn’t enthusiastic, but he was kind. Overall, I’m satisfied, but with a solid shrug.

This place is a “never again” for me. I go inside to pick up my order and it’s sitting on the counter, with the lid open and chicken sitting on the counter, all while the cashier standing in the corner, eating. He never washed his hands before serving me. Very gross and unprofessional. The food itself looked old and the toppings were dried out. I refused the food and walked out. Luckily, I didn’t pay online.
