I go to school at UCSB and whenever I am hungry and in a rush I tend to go to subway because they are always fast and always have a positive attitude! This past week I went in and I ordered a sub and Rubi took my order and she suggested me the BMT and she was so kind about everything! This is now my to go spot

I don’t get subway a lot just because they’re busy enough. But the times I decide to are disappointing. My default order since I got the app has (more) tomatoes but I think 9/10 times I got none. Other ingredients are missing or even added but that’s not a big deal, simple mistakes. I’m just upset about wanting tomatoes in my $15 sandwich and getting none. Since this is one of the main accessible places to eat a relatively hearty meal on campus, I hope things can improve.

Stoopid Failure
The woman who was making my food was SO sloppy I had to walk out. She asked me how I wanted my sandwich and I told her what I wanted and she proceeds to toast it even though I shook my head no. The cheese was all sloppy. I literally had only one piece of meat on my bread. Like legit only one piece. Wouldn’t eat here if it was my last meal ✨✨
