Oh yum! Went on a whim before heading back to hotel after 9 pm – what a selection!!! We were giddy from all the choices. Everything looked tasty and scrumptious. Made to many choices, but they lasted several days in our room and we’re not disappointed at all!

First time in a Winchell’s since I was a kid. Donuts were good. The chocolate with chocolate sprinkles was above average. Also ordered chocolate and maple old fashioned. Both were good but not great. Apple turnover was good as well. A lot of posts are negative about the service. We didn’t have any problem but it was slow.

The lady behind the counter wasn’t very friendly. She was trying to rush me to order. And when I said I needed a minute she got frustrated. I started I was looking at the lunch specials. I called her over to let her know I was ready and I wanted one of the chicken sandwiches combo. She rung me up and gave me the sandwich and when I ask what the drink and chips. She said no you just asked for the sandwich. Never said let me fix it or let me change you for what you like. Just said you got your sandwich and just ignored me.

My wife and I were thinking of grabbing some coffee here a couple of mornings ago. We were parked near the door when we watched an older woman, carrying a large box of donuts and 2 drinks, trip and fall as she was walking out the door. Two nearby construction workers ran over and helped her up. She slowly carried her crushed box of donuts and 2 basically empty cups to her car. There were 2 young ladies behind the counter who were actively watching the entire situation unfold and they did absolutely nothing. One of the employees even craned her neck to get a better look, stared at the woman, and showed zero empathy. No one offered to refill her drinks or get her some fresh donuts, check to see if she was ok, nothing. We were so disgusted by this exchange that we decided we will never be returning here. Doesn’t matter how good your food is if you can’t be decent human beings.

Those girls are lazy. I alway went to this place I ordered pastrami bagel tonight . they give me less meat than I have before they get stingy on the products so am very very very unhappy. I also brought some drink it is not Mexican spicy

I didn’t go in for their donuts so I can’t review that item. I actually went in hoping that I could get a deli-type sandwich. Weird, I know. Chances are, non-deli establishments probably don’t make good deli-type foods but I’m weird like that. Well, was I surprised. I ordered a tuna salad sandwich on an everything bagel. It was toasted to perfection! Nice crunch with moist tuna salad. Not only did I order that, I ordered a cheese pizza bagel. I chose the everything bagel for my “crust.” So delicious. Gosh, writing this review has made me hungry for this meal again. Thank goodness they are open 24 hours!

As a kid I used to have a PB&J Bagel but at a Winchels from another city, after I moved several times I missed the donuts, bagels and coffee from that place but found out that this place was near where I live. Great donuts, good bagels. Egg didn’t have much flavor but the guy working here is friendly enough. And having a breakfast and lunch combo for less than 16 isn’t bad at all. Sister liked the food.

I always receive great service quickly here. On multiple occasions the online ordering system thru Direct Order failed to send my full order, but fortunately, Stephanie was on top of the problem and made it no more than a mild inconvenience. Thank-yous for the whole staff
