Great bar downtown Cedar Rapids. Went during a very slow time of day but had a great time. Excellent bartender and great bar food. Smoked wings are great. They have a huge selection of craft beers and all the high end goose island bottles too.

Had an awesome experience at Bricks! Our server was fantastic—super friendly, attentive, and made us feel really welcome. The BBQ Smash Burger was absolutely delicious—perfectly cooked with great flavor—and the Lady Killer cocktail was just as impressive. You can tell a lot of care goes into both the food and the service here. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to.

Firstly, the wings here are AMAZING. Definitely underrated and the Thursday, all you can eat deals are a really good deal. My only complaint with this place is the volume of the music. It seems a lot louder than most places and makes it really hard to carry on a conversation with people you’re sitting next to as well as the person serving you. Other than that it’s a really cool vibe. Very friendly staff!

My father and I visited Brick’s for an Iowa game. We were treated very well by the staff, and the overall vibe of the place was very comfortable. The food was a lot better than I had expected, and overall it was a fantastic experience. We will definitely be back!!!

Stopped in before the rodeo for a drink and app. This place was fantastic. Service was excellent and the smoked wings were on point. I will certainly be back if I have the opportunity.

Went here while moving my niece into Coe College. Nice place with plenty of parking in the garage next door. Food was ok, server was nice. Not overly social or anything, but she did her job. I’d go back.

Stopped here for a cold one and some grub. Had a few beers and a decent time. Good music, nice environment. Then the check came. Reference the menu and the check and they subtly gouged a couple extra bucks. Waitress told us fries were $2 extra with our chicken tender purchase. Turns out that’s untrue as well. Then charge us a non cash fee too. I mean come on. Nickel and dimed and lied to. Disappointed. Had a good time, but I’m not stupid. I realize it’s less than $4 but the principle of the matter makes sure I never return and don’t recommend this place.
Furthermore, your tip calculation at the bottom should be based off the pretax amount. Even more deceit. Gross.

Staff attentive and friendly. Service was on the slower side for a Tuesday night, but they did warn us that staffing was short that night. Drinks were really good, mysic was great, food was very salty (?). Maybe someone had an accident in the kitchen? Great location with a patio in the back.

Bricks. Where do I start with what happened last night for new years eve. We stopped in to warm up waiting on our Uber. My girl had to use the bathroom and I was waiting for her for the majority of our time there. Both bouncers came up to me out of the blue and told me I had to leave. I was baffled because I was not drunk just standing around waiting for our Uber. I say who says they said the bartender. We were literally just standing there waiting no fighting I was so confused . They started pushing me out the back door away from her. I could not fathom being separated from her that night leaving her to literally fend for herself. I was not even fighting them in this moment. I pleaded with them. Look me up! Ask around first! You got this all wrong! Over what? I am still so confused by this. At the end they DID hear me out and what…ALLOWED MY GIRL TO COME HOME WITH ME? So they kicked us both out and we waiting 5 minutes outside for the Uber. I’ve never been kicked out of anywhere. I can not believe the conduct of this business. I will never set foot in there again.
