I placed an order online for pickup and when I got there I had to wait 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge the line of 6 people waiting at the counter even though they were standing in the back looking at us. On top of waiting, items were missing in my bag.

Love taco bell but everytime I come here they fail to give us our drink cups unless we’re waiting for 20 minutes and finally ask them for the cups. Food is cold now. it’s EVERYTIME. (I’m an often taco bell stopper.)

They were always great but now since COVID they raised the prices. Some stuff doesn’t seem worth the price. I know minimum wage has risen so does the food. But they could have kept the prices a little down. People would come here more if they lower prices.so they should try it and advertise it. Then see what will happen

This apparent general manager named Trevor was very disrespectful to me and my friends while ordering and kept cutting me off and rushing me, I felt very uncomfortable and ended up just leaving I can’t believe people like him r getting promoted to general manager.

Taco Bell is my favorite fast food “restaurant” but this location is making me reconsider. Batting 0 for 2. Messed my order up twice in a 24 hour time frame. Not that hard to read the modifications/ special instructions. If we’re going to ignore them don’t let me make them ♂️

I stopped into this location today to grab a quick bite to eat. Everything was great, especially your cashier, Maurice. I was the only dine-in customer at the moment and although it wasn’t busy, the cashier had a great sense of time management by cleaning tables, organizing and stocking. In an age of self checkout machines or people staring mindlessly at their phones, it was so refreshing to see someone with such a great work ethic! A+

Taco bell certainly has consistent changes throughout the years that are usually very good. Some examples mean, they have new combo meals that introduce new possibilities and creations that are enticing to all.
Customer service was friendly. However, there are too many kiosks and personal encounters with the staff is more preferable on most occasions.
