Nash & Smashed is a must-visit if you love bold flavors and quality food. The chicken is perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, with spice levels that actually deliver heat without overpowering the flavor. Their smashed burgers are just as good—fresh, flavorful, and cooked just right. The portions are filling, the food comes out hot, and the overall vibe is welcoming and fun. Great spot for comfort food done right, and I’ll definitely be coming back.

Great atmosphere and clean spot! Their chicken wings were fresh, juicy, and mouthwatering. They will do complimentary wings on certain days too. I ordered 3 burgers and they were pretty big and stacked with delicious chicken. I had to save some for later. (Mine was that big!) MUCH better than other locations. If you’re looking for a cheat day meal, definitely try out their food 10.5/10

Arrived for a weekend lunch. Parking is available in front or nearby at the CVS (sign says 45minute parking for is for CVS and 3x addresses).
We ordered multiple sets of Chicken over Rice but about 5 minutes in, we were told they didn’t have any rice and were asked to order something else. We unhappily chose Chicken over rice, and from the photo that doesn’t look like good value for $17 ($12 chicken over salad + $5 meal (side and drink)). The chicken looked well seasoned but didn’t taste it was and it was tough & dry, and the salad was disappointing… We got Peri fries (crunchy and seasoned fries, which was good) and onion rings, which were good. Drinks were the basic Pepsi brands
I’d rather try another restaurant before comthere again.

The steak and burger were delicious. The service though needs to improve a bit. You can’t charge 1.5$ per bottle of water. At least give the option of unbottled water. This is just bad service when someone is paying close to 40-50$ for steak. Also my steak was missing the butter that is usually added to the top of the steak. It’s small things like these that ruin the experience even if the food tastes good.

On my way back to New York from DC, I searched for halal burgers and was surprised to find a highly-rated spot just across the river in Arlington, VA. I’ve had burgers all over the world, but this one truly stood out it was easily one of the best I’ve ever had. The meat was flavorful, and the toppings were spot-on. I wasn’t the only one impressed—my whole family agreed these burgers were amazing.
We ordered 4 Beast Smash Burgers, the Mushroom Meltdown, Honey Garlic Chicken, and the Peri Peri Wrap. Every item was delicious and delivered on flavor. If I had to nitpick, the only thing I’d improve is the mango mojito—it just didn’t hit the mark.

I’ve been twice now and this is my new burger go-to in the area. Incredible taste and $2-3 cheaper than some of the equivalents in the area. My husband loved his burger that also had fried chicken on it. I’m dying to try the chicken sandwiches too. Sterling clean inside and super friendly guy at the register. Big comfy seats even!

We called 10 minutes before we arrived with 14 people in our group. They were more than gracious and accommodating. The food was served up fast, and it was very good. The fries were really good. Don’t let the menu picture of the chicken strips fool you, they are huge. They are good, but 3 will fill up anyone! The burgers are also big and juicy and sloppy and oh so good.

If you’re in DC or the surrounding area and looking for a great halal steak, this is the place to be. They really know how to make a good steak—juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The smash burger was excellent too. Nice ambiance, super friendly service, and the owner, who’s Pakistani, adds a warm personal touch. Highly recommend!

I dropped in, sort of worried that it’d be another 5 dudes or Elevators Burger joint, but I decided to not be a grumpy old man and just decided to go all in. Boy was I surprised. They make an excellent burger, trimmed perfectly with eggs and bacon… waffle fries and an endless fountain. The bun makes it all come together very nicely. sauces are pretty good as well. The other burger places leave me hungry or something isn’t quite right. This place puts a fresh feel right on your taste buds and your face knows it instantly! It’s my goto for special burgers!!
