This is one of the coolest diners we’ve been to (and we aren’t in NJ)! Breakfast (brunch for us) was great, the decor is fun with lots of tin signs and they played 50s tunes on the stereo! Our waitress was super friendly and we left full and happy!

Loved it! Quick place to stop on the road for a short break, and great food! I haven’t gotten a burger that good put in a long time. Onion rings also excellent. My husband said the coffee was good, too, as well as his French dip and fries.
They do have online menus. Sit wherever you want when you enter and scan the QR code to see what they have. Then, the waitress will take your order, bring you the check, and you pay at the register.
Everyone was friendly and helpful, so concerns about the food or staff didn’t fit my visit. It was all great.
Also, very budget friendly!

11/23/2025: Popped in around midnight on a Sunday. Empty. We were the only two there. Waitress was friendly and service was prompt. Breakfast was exactly what we were looking for.

I don’t have an opinion on the food. I gave mine to my dog. My husband food probably would have been better if he had a fork. What’s a knife without a fork. The service was HORRIBLE!!! We had to ask for everything that is accustomed to dining at any restaurant. Service, napkins, silverware, and just simple acknowledgment. The manager came by the other tables and asked them how everything was, but we weren’t offered that same courtesy. My thoughts were that this was racially motivated because we are a biracial couple (I’m black and my husband is white), and he got treated a little better then myself while I got ignored and overlooked. I had to ask him to ask for things that they didn’t provide for us. I realized it was just this restaurant that has no class. Other places in the town gave a completely different view. They were helpful and welcoming. I stand by what said I don’t recommend this place.

This place was amazing! We stopped by on our road trip returning from Burning Man to New York. Decor and music was super cute, waitress Jenny was super friendly and sweet, and most importantly, the food was fresh and delicious. I can’t imagine anyone giving this spot less than 5 stars!

My first time here in America..:)) i was expecting our milkshake s to be in those nice glasses with some whipping cream and a cherry on top…just like in the movies and in the pictures they have of them the glasses were also dirty:) But the taste was good. I also enjoyed the 50s theme, prices were ok and big food portions

Needs better outside lighting and signage, but great find!! Their green chili is delicious. You taste the pork and subtle spices with a good spicy chaser. Their French fries are crunchy, yummy dipping them. Shay, Lee provided great service and chatter. We ate dinner, and went back for breakfast.

The burgers were okay as were the milk shake my wife had. Service was slow but with only one waitress and cook you would expect it. Typical diner atmosphere. We had the cowboy burgers with red Chile. Tasty with lots of fries. You need to use the QR code for the menu.

I ordered the Club sandwhich on wheat which was maybe one of the best club sandwiches I’ve had in a long time. My son had the chicken strips and fries and my buddy had a chef salad with Blue cheese dressing. The chicken strips were good but my son had to order a side of fries since he was still hungry. Very tiny chicken strips. Chef salad was good but had no boiled eggs which is pretty standard on a chef salad. We ordered 2 side appetizers of jalapeño poppers and a side order of French fries as well. The fries were all hot and delicious and surprisingly good. My order of 6 jalapeño poppers were still ice cold in the center which really put a damper on what was nearly a 5 star reveiw. Skye was our server and she was prompt and through as well as attentive.
