My daughters went to Cinnabon to surprise me because they know I love them since the one at North Olmsted closed. I would always ask for extra frosting and of course pay for it, my daughter asked for extra frosting today, well she did not get any. I don’t get the misunderstanding. She just packed up the order, my daughter asked for 3 additional frostings, she said it comes with 1, um yeah, she asked for 3 additional, which she would have paid for. Again I don’t get why they weren’t added to the order.

Oh my gosh! Under new management and they are so NICE! In months past it was always the worst service, we strictly went because of the name.
This time, it was REAL, ACTUAL- GREAT Customer Service. As of Feb. 1st- the new people took over and the display was beautiful and they offered cookie cinnamon rolls, plus caramel and pecans. They also offered various new dribks and actually served me. It was Great!
I can’t wait to go back! Run and get you a Cinnabon with Fantastic Service at the Beachwood Mall!

The worst service I’ve every experienced in my lifetime. Unsure what process they use to hire people but a basic mental health screening should be one. Working in the public is not for everyone! This employee (Elana) is creating a dangerous environment in a very upscale place to shop. It seems hey coworkers were very intimidated and scared of her to. I will never visit this location again. I hope Beachwood Place Mall see’s that this is a reflection on them as well and support the shopping experience they are know for.

Walked up to place an order and the lil girl at the register did not greet me because she was too busy finishing her text. Finally makes eye contact with me- again without saying anything so I proceed with my order. She states they don’t have any milk when ordering my drink so she points to the top row of drinks available and so I ask for a drink that’s in the row that she pointed to. The lil girl then starts laughing as if I’m inconveniencing her and says “I just told you we don’t have milk” even though she pointed to the drinks in the top row. Very poor customer service.

The customer service here is terrible!!! The people working here are more interested in socializing with each other then actually doing their job. Not a single person greeted us or asked us what they could get for us. We approached the counter and those working either stared or completely ignored us. When correcting them on something I was met with nothing but attitude!! The whole staff need retrained on customer service and they could also use attitude adjustments.

Some of the worst “cooked” dough that I have ever had the displeasure of eating. I think their oven is broken but I didn’t see any point in bringing it up as the staff are not interested. Who could blame them? Look! The napkin a roll are twins!

They stole my money. I ordered online. Got an email saying it was delivered and checked the door right away and nothing. I called to ask about it and they claimed they didn’t have any record of the order. I called customer service and they confirmed the order was made at this location but said it was an independent franchise so there is nothing they can do if they steal your money and don’t deliver the product. Do NOT order online from them.
