They have one of the best happy hour specials in town. But it doesn’t look like people know about it. We were one of just a few tables…but business did pick up as we were leaving.
The food is full of Southern flavor and perfectly cooked — especially the fried chicken and shrimp & grits. The biscuits are warm, buttery, and absolutely addictive. The atmosphere is lively but cozy, and the staff is friendly and attentive.
Great spot right in downtown Greenville for brunch or dinner. Highly recommend if you want true Southern comfort food done right!
Let me break this down. Both of our chicken dishes were very dry, the greens lacked flavor however the fried okra and aioli were the stars of the dinner. We had the banana pudding for dessert it was also amazing.
We had a party of 10. We were seated immediately. We had a lovely time. The food was delicious . I had the sweet potato pancakes and my husband had the chicken and waffles. Others at our table enjoyed their meals. We had no complaints! Bo was our server and he did a great job with keeping up with all of us. If I’m ever in the city again I will definitely visit again. They should have never removed the sweet potato pancakes from the menu because they were so good. I’m glad they brought this menu item back.
