Our server was so sweet and very helpful! We came in about an hour before closing and was still treated in a nice manner and didn’t feel rushed! Food was a solid 10/10 .. salad was fresh and our classic dishes were hot and tasted delicious!!

I sat at the bar and had an amazing experience thanks to Ariela, who was both friendly and very attentive. She happily answered my menu questions and made the most delicious caramel cappuccino to go perfectly with my tiramisu.

I wasn’t super hungry, so I ordered a lighter meal, but with the additional soup and breadsticks it still ended up being plenty of food. The spaghetti was cooked perfectly—not too hard and not soggy. The eggplant Parmesan had a lovely crust and was soft and well-seasoned inside.

I will definitely be coming back to sit at the bar again!

This is one of the best Olive Garden in the area. The food is always good service good but i have one problem I don’t know where these young kid decided that calling older ppl love or sweetie STOP IT. It’s disrespectful other then that love the place. Do not go to the one in Indian trial or Monroe horrible.

Having not visited Olive Garden in quite some time, my recent experience at the Concord Mills location was a delightful reminder of why this chain remains a popular choice for Italian-American comfort food. From the moment we stepped inside, the ambiance immediately put us at ease.
The restaurant boasts a warm and inviting atmosphere, characteristic of Olive Garden’s relaxed, family-friendly style. It’s the kind of place where you can comfortably settle in for a leisurely meal, whether you’re with family or friends. The decor creates a pleasant setting, contributing positively to the overall dining experience.
As for the food, it was genuinely enjoyable. We found the dishes flavorful and satisfying, perfectly hitting that craving for classic Italian-inspired fare. While specific dishes weren’t detailed, the general quality of the meal left a very good impression.
One consistent theme, as expected with Olive Garden, was the generous use of cheese! For cheese lovers, this is definitely a plus, as many dishes come with ample amounts, whether it’s grated Parmesan for your soup and salad or integrated into cheesy pasta bakes. If you’re not a big fan of cheese, it’s worth keeping in mind, but for most, it simply adds to the indulgent experience.
Overall, the Olive Garden in Concord Mills proved to be a reliable and enjoyable dining destination. The combination of a welcoming atmosphere and satisfying food made for a very pleasant re-introduction to the restaurant. It’s a solid choice for anyone in the Concord Mills area looking for a hearty and comforting Italian meal.

Nice atmosphere for sure! Semi-clean, but with the traffic, I can understand how that’s difficult. The service is sub-par, but the staff are very nice and always greeted with a smile, le for sure. A few things to note there are staff members you see twirling their hair with their hands while taking orders or bringing drinks, I’ve seen staff digging in their ears, scratching their scalps, even while in the dining area. Unsure if hands are washed after doing these very natural things, but to see it is a turn-off when eating. I personally had hair in my food when dining here on Friday, 1-30-2026, between 6:30 p.m. and 8:00 p.m., and no manager was ever brought to me. I have eaten here a couple of times with no issues just seeing staff touch their faces and their hair while on the floor serving. With the crowds they see at this location, the food must be decent. I found the food ok. The breadsticks were cold and I could smell the dish water that desperately needs to be changed on the plates. The salad was good although the lettuce could be a bit more lively and green instead of pale. I like Olive Garden as a place to grab food but the experiences I have been having at this location since moving to Charlotte, NC may make me rethink that concept. But good job otherwise!

I’ve had consistently great meals at Olive Garden – twice at this location, as well as others in other locations. My latest experience at this location was equally great. Food was delicious. Slightly different recipe for the bread sticks, I think, and I really liked it. I do hope the Receptionist didn’t find me too tiresome or worthy of eye-rolling, lol, but she did ask me if it was a good day for me. My server was very friendly and diligent, very anxious and eager to please and serve – stopping by every couple of minutes to ask eagerly if I was still doing ok, and giving me two thumbs up each and every time. Probably the fastest service I’ve received anywhere. The salad, main course, and dessert followed in rapid suggestion, after which my server stopped by to say she would get me my bill really fast. Luckily I did have an appointment after, though they would have had to have been mind readers to know that, lol, but I did make it in plenty of time. Two thumbs up back from me.

I’d give this 0 stars if I could.

Got here, sat down about 850pm, ordered food & didn’t get food until 930. Waitress rushed us & said “the kitchen is closing & everyone is leaving”. Not once did she offer drink refills or soup refills. The one time my kid asked for a refill she ignored her. Everything she did seemed like a hassle to her. At first i had a salad that she said she prepared, that salad had all leftover salad pieces & crumbs on top of it of croutons (see pic). I mentioned this to her & her response “I made this salad. If you didn’t want the ‘crouton crumbs’ you shouldn’t have gotten a salad with croutons.” I asked for some ranch & she said the kitchen won’t be making ranch for one person when theyre all out & walked off. One of us got the never ending pasta & she was refusing to give refills for that as well saying “I technically can’t bc you haven’t finished your others”. Didn’t know I needed to clear my plate for a new one, that’s not how that works. We had just got food and she started bringing us boxes saying “everything is packing up & closing”. Not only did we not finish eating for what we paid to sit there & eat, we were rushed, didn’t get refills, had a rude waitress & were made to leave bc “everyone needs to be out by 10pm” but yet there was other people still enjoying meals and having a bday party & not getting rushed. As we were packing up, another waitress/worker said, “everyone just needs to leave. Ugh!!” & laughed.
Looked for a manager as we were leaving & didn’t see anyone.

Needless to say, WORST Olive Garden experience we’ve ever had. Do better.

The food is good. Mostly different pastas. Prices range from $22-$25 per dish. The soup and bread are quite salty. The person serving had completely forgotten about our table at one point. It was the 4th of July though. So maybe we just caught them on a bad day.
