The Olive Garden Menu
Reviews
I wasn’t super hungry, so I ordered a lighter meal, but with the additional soup and breadsticks it still ended up being plenty of food. The spaghetti was cooked perfectly—not too hard and not soggy. The eggplant Parmesan had a lovely crust and was soft and well-seasoned inside.
I will definitely be coming back to sit at the bar again!
The restaurant boasts a warm and inviting atmosphere, characteristic of Olive Garden’s relaxed, family-friendly style. It’s the kind of place where you can comfortably settle in for a leisurely meal, whether you’re with family or friends. The decor creates a pleasant setting, contributing positively to the overall dining experience.
As for the food, it was genuinely enjoyable. We found the dishes flavorful and satisfying, perfectly hitting that craving for classic Italian-inspired fare. While specific dishes weren’t detailed, the general quality of the meal left a very good impression.
One consistent theme, as expected with Olive Garden, was the generous use of cheese! For cheese lovers, this is definitely a plus, as many dishes come with ample amounts, whether it’s grated Parmesan for your soup and salad or integrated into cheesy pasta bakes. If you’re not a big fan of cheese, it’s worth keeping in mind, but for most, it simply adds to the indulgent experience.
Overall, the Olive Garden in Concord Mills proved to be a reliable and enjoyable dining destination. The combination of a welcoming atmosphere and satisfying food made for a very pleasant re-introduction to the restaurant. It’s a solid choice for anyone in the Concord Mills area looking for a hearty and comforting Italian meal.
Got here, sat down about 850pm, ordered food & didn’t get food until 930. Waitress rushed us & said “the kitchen is closing & everyone is leaving”. Not once did she offer drink refills or soup refills. The one time my kid asked for a refill she ignored her. Everything she did seemed like a hassle to her. At first i had a salad that she said she prepared, that salad had all leftover salad pieces & crumbs on top of it of croutons (see pic). I mentioned this to her & her response “I made this salad. If you didn’t want the ‘crouton crumbs’ you shouldn’t have gotten a salad with croutons.” I asked for some ranch & she said the kitchen won’t be making ranch for one person when theyre all out & walked off. One of us got the never ending pasta & she was refusing to give refills for that as well saying “I technically can’t bc you haven’t finished your others”. Didn’t know I needed to clear my plate for a new one, that’s not how that works. We had just got food and she started bringing us boxes saying “everything is packing up & closing”. Not only did we not finish eating for what we paid to sit there & eat, we were rushed, didn’t get refills, had a rude waitress & were made to leave bc “everyone needs to be out by 10pm” but yet there was other people still enjoying meals and having a bday party & not getting rushed. As we were packing up, another waitress/worker said, “everyone just needs to leave. Ugh!!” & laughed.
Looked for a manager as we were leaving & didn’t see anyone.
Needless to say, WORST Olive Garden experience we’ve ever had. Do better.
Particularly impressive was how the staff handled the customers, do best teamwork, contributes to bring more repeat business, revenue and positivity to the business with honesty and accuracy. Best Italian restaurant in Concord. NC.
