Ordered a ham egg and cheese on cheddar bagel. Total came to $11.16 so my expectations were high. They didn’t skimp on the ham but it was thin cheap deli meat. The egg looks like one of those frozen pre-cooked “omelets” doesn’t resemble an actual egg. Asked for the bagel to be toasted and for a little cream cheese on it as well. No cream cheese and if it was toasted, I couldn’t tell. No crunch when you bite down. So bummed. I love a good bagel sandwich, this wasn’t one of them and for over $10 with no drink I’m super confused.

I can’t get over how much I truly enjoy the food that is made here it’s so delicious and truly hits the spot every single time.every time I order form here I always know my day will be so much better.allso the customer service is amazing here.the employees are always so kind and professional every time.the employee that stands out the most tho I’d trisha she’s always got a smile on her face. And truly makes you feel welcomed. I can’t tell you how important that is to have employees that truly care about making customers feel at ease when they come in to order. I don’t know if she’s a manager or not but she definitely has that quality about her not only that but the restaurant itself is so clean every time I come in I’m amazed at how clean and organized everything is. But not only that the energy there is so calm. There’s nothing more that I love going into this place and being able to have a nice cup of coffee with a yummy bagel. Whatever they’re doing here is clearly working I will remain a lifelong customer. Thank you seize the bagel for making such good food and hiring such good employees.

I usually enjoy STB, but my experience yesterday was disappointing. The employee who took my order seemed extremely impatient, and I felt rushed the entire time—even though I was the only person in line.
I spent over $25 on two breakfast sandwiches and a hot tea. My partner ordered a BYO sandwich, and after adding avocado and cream cheese, a $6 sandwich somehow turned into an $11 one.
I don’t mind paying for quality food, but paying $26 to feel rushed out the door isn’t it. I’ll be sticking to the Hazel Dell location going forward. Do better, STB.

I have been to all of the locations, and this one wasn’t the best as far as service. lady behind the counter just seemed short and there was nobody behind us, and we were deciding on a pastry. The food was great! I always ask for extra cream cheese, and they delivered! Super fresh beagle as well, absolutely zero complains about the food!

Seize The Bagel is such a wonderful place to go and to be at any time of day, any day of the week! My partner and I have been going to this specific location for two and a half years, and we just can’t pry ourselves away. We always get the same item on the menu (avocado toasted bagel) and we always enjoy the experience as well as the bagels. The avocados are sometimes a hit and miss, but the bagels themselves are always perfect. We recently moved a good 30 minutes away, but we still make the drive to this specific location to see the faces we always knew! They also occasionally recognize us and are super friendly and approachable. Definitely recommend this joint for your single ventures OR your party ventures.

I’ve been going to Sieze the bagel for over 15 years now, and I still love it. Ive pretty much been ordering the same thing, and will never tire of it. Theres always plenty of seating, and the food usually only takes a few minutes. I’m loving the variety of treats and desserts they’ve had lately too

It is completely UNACCEPTABLE for my sandwich, that I did not order avocado on, to have avocado on it. Plus all over the wrapper. This is the second time I’ve had this happen at this specific location and it’s absolutely ridiculous. They should be using clean knives OR AT THE VERY LEAST A DIFFERENT ONE!!! I love Seize the Bagel. But this location needs to understand how bad it could be if someone were severely allergic.

One word: monstrosity. I asked for the BYO vegan ham, egg and cheese toasted, and this is what I got. It wasn’t even toasted, just cold. The customer service seemed cold, like I was a bother? It was off putting.

I tried the jalapeño bagel with chipotle shmear as well as a red, blue, white bagel with blueberry shmear – they were both delicious!! And the lavender mocha that I’d ordered was not my favorite, since it was very sweet, but I did like the subtle lavender flavor!
