I routinely stop at this Dunkin’ location every morning before heading to my office, and I am usually greeted well upon arrival. This morning, I ordered my usual: a large hot coffee with hazelnut, six sugars, and three creams. After returning to my office and taking a sip, it was clear that the coffee was missing the hazelnut and sugar. Unfortunately, the coffee was horrendous!!!
I returned to the store to have the order corrected. I was assisted by a young woman at the counter who was not particularly pleasant or welcoming. While her demeanor was not overtly rude, I would expect a more courteous and friendly approach from someone working in customer service. I explained that my coffee was made incorrectly. She took the cup, remade the order, and returned it to me without offering an apology or any acknowledgment of the inconvenience.
Before leaving, I tasted the coffee again and found that it was still not made correctly. Rather than escalate the situation, I chose to leave without further discussion.
This experience was disappointing, especially given that I am a regular customer at this location. Moving forward, I will be more cautious about ordering here based on the staff working at the time.

4 employees, definitely the B or C team. Everyone was slowly moving to take care of the drive thru which had 5 vehicles. The drive thru cashier took my order, but it wasn’t filled until after they took care of all 5 drive thru customers. I said more than once to the cashier I wanted a mixed dozen. She apparently told the girl who would fill my order to do a dozen glazed. This caused another delay, as I gave my mixed dozen order to the girl who was filling my order. I needed to ask what flavor was in the jelly filled. Her reply was “I don’t know, I don’t eat those.”
The overall experience deserves a 0 star rating.
I don’t know how they keep the doors open, but I will not be a return customer.

every time i do a mobile order they don’t make it until you go up to the counter and tell them your name. waited at the counter one morning for 5 minutes while employees were just standing around having there own conversation. not to mention it takes FOREVER for them to make your order. Do not recommend this location

Waited thirty minutes after ordering. Only people here.They hadn’t even started any of our orders; we had to remind them, then gave us the wrong drinks. Workers standing around not doing anything, acting confused when we ordered simple drinks straight off the menu. Never had this kind of experience at a Dunkin before. Do not recommend this location.

From time to time they get good people with great service but right now isn’t one of them. In my last few visits they are out of products, and have served what seems like stale day old bagels. All at a time when their prices have risen and perks from points have been cut back. Today I’m the only one in line and wait ten minutes to be served. Donut choice has to be altered because they’re out. Then after a few more minutes I’m told they’re out of croissants which is the main thing I went there for. I was rudely refunded by the manager. Franchise owner needs to start over with an entire new crew or start being fined by Dunkin.

First time dining in this Dunkin’s location for Breakfast in HUNTSVILLE-AL. I usually order their English muffin eggs and coffee, it was tasting amazing like always. This location is nice they have plenty seating areas inside and outside, very comfortable chairs. The service was fast employees were very kind,sweet and friendly. The restaurant was clean but I think they can do much better.. Overall we had a good breakfast after our long trip.

I came and ordered via app on July 24th turkey sausage egg and cheese and one shaken espresso. They ran out of shaken espresso so they gave me an iced coffee instead even thought shaken espresso was more expensive. Then i realized they gave me an entirely different order. Went inside to get the correct order with 3 other customers with same issue. Waited 15 mins and ended leaving bc of the chaos. I talked to a manager a month later about the incident and said they will mail me a gift card of the messed up order but they didn’t. Really poor service and management .

I have left a comment on this Dunkin a week ago now I can no longer find it which I knew was going to happen because I called out how bad and how terrible of a manger Kira is. I went into Dunkin recently and had placed a mobile order and Kira gave me the most attitude and could tell she truly doesn’t like her job. I don’t understand why she was even hired she is a terrible choice for a manager. PLEASE GET RID OF HER ASAP

I usually like giving places the benefit of the doubt, but this Dunkin’ consistently misses the mark. The drinks often have a strange taste; sometimes like medicine, other times oddly like hair care products. The dining room is usually messy, with tables left uncleaned. On top of that, the service is slow, even when it’s not that busy. Disappointing experience more often than not.
