Usually when we come here, the food is average quality and the facility is clean. The staff has always been friendly, ready with a smile. It’s not fine dining, so I’m not expecting anything amazing, but Moe’s has a standard of quality that is no longer being met at this location. The quality of the food has dropped significantly in recent months, as well as the cleanliness of the location. Multiple times we’ve visited the dining area was uncleaned and the employees were not making efforts to clean, despite being the only customers in the building, with nothing in the drive-thru. In our most previous visit, we noted food waiting to be prepped sitting out, insects on the bar area, and a very disheveled dining area. Sad to say, but until this location improves its quality, we won’t be returning.

The food was subpar at best, and the building was disgusting. Floors were unswept and grimy, and the booths were dirty. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. When they walked in, they were in the back on their phones and not greeting at all. We went on a Saturday, and they weren’t busy at all, so I’m not sure why they can’t clean or tidy up.

Placed online order. Succeed at drive thru in which I waited 15 minutes with not a soul in sight. When someone did help, they were breathing hard they the speaker. Never greeted at the window. Just had the bag tossed at me. Got home and side of queso not in the bag and the quesadilla takes like trash.

Used to frequent the Seneca Moe’s, which has sadly become a very pale shadow of its former self. Nowadays, the hot items are often over- or under-cooked, the wraps are poorly prepared, the chips are greasy and not crisp, the drink machine isn’t kept up, they ring up the bill incorrectly, and the floors and tables are dirty. Not going back.

It’s been a minute since I’ve been to a Moes, but this one was on par with previous experiences at others. The reason for the 4 stars is due to the parking lot/building layout since the primary parking area is not at the main entrance, and once you go into the building there is no intuitive direction toward the front, so I didn’t see a menu before I started ordering, nor did I see one once I sat down, but I think I figured out where it was before leaving. The other reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the burrito being more of a ball than a burrito (see picture) which made it kind of difficult to manage while eating.

Homewrecker Bowl missing 5+ items. Burrito was supposed to be beef and cheese but was steak and black olives (how??). No salsa with either bag of chips but that didn’t matter much because those things were so stale and chewy we couldn’t eat them. What an absolute waste of money! Definitely won’t be back to this location.
