Staff are always the nicest and never mess up an order. There are never very many workers at one time so I imagine it’s difficult but it’s still quick without loss of quality. Best fast food around and better than some actual restaurants, Sir Adam is exceptional.

The only place that can serve you a warm (room temperature) diet Pepsi without ice when you ordered a regular Pepsi. Who would even serve a warm soda? Who drinks warm soda? Why no ice bro? was it too expensive? They constantly forget to include napkins. its not just a 1-time accident as they have done this consistently every week for the last 2 months. Guess they cannot afford napkins and have to dial back the hospitality to pinch a few pennies out of the customer. The food takes 30 minutes to make even though its after 5pm and rush dinner time. Asked for sauces, was told they were in the bag. Plastic bag is clear(see through) no sauces. Would not give sauces. Chicken was not completely cooked or it was freezer burned, Wrong type of chicken in the box with my order. I ordered extra crispy and I got regular. Got mashed potatoes instead of french fries as ordered. They didn’t even include a spoon for the mashed potatoes. Hilarious!! I didn’t feel like going through the drive through again or returning the meal as it wasn’t worth another hour of my time. Won’t be going back to this place and I recommend no one else go until the management gets their employees together and have serious hospitality training. Also, I originally took this picture because I found the warning hilarious. But it appears after dark they are not supposed to open this door because the neighborhood is so dangerous. But if they can’t even get an order right how are the workers going to learn to read and comprehend enough to follow the directions. I mean, they failed at a simple concept of a cold soda.

We ordered through the drive-thru, and the lady taking our order—an older woman—had a completely unfriendly attitude toward everything we asked for. I requested extra sauces, which were handed to us in a rude manner. No napkins were included in our order, no utensils, nothing to actually eat our food with.
I had to get out of the car to ask for what was missing. When I politely asked for extra plates, I was told, “We don’t have plates.” A restaurant with no plates—funny, right? This might be the first negative review I’ve ever written in my life, but the experience was so bad that it deserves to be shared.

They have trouble finding/keeping staff, the ones that have been there awhile are super nice. Anytime we’ve had an issue they have corrected it. Sometimes u may have to wait if u go later in the evening. Morning crew is BOSS. Especially the girl Ida!

We just left from there and is as busy as it was the chicken should not have been cold, but it was. The biscuits were hard as if they had been sitting there forever. The only thing that was even remotely warm what was the mashed potatoes. And they made us wait for nothing When they weren’t even really that busy. I’m guessing because if they weren’t that busy than the Food would not have been cold, right

Definitely not using original recipes. Fatty chicken, grateful if you receive it fully cooked. Delivery bag NOT sealed. Potatoes are like watered down flour * gravy like colored water.

Ordered the 6 tender, 6 chicken, coleslaw, potatoes w/gravy and biscuits delivered to my hotel.
Was very disappointed:
No plates, napkins, silverware, butter, honey, salt or pepper.
Coleslaw was half full, tasteless and no sauce.
Mashed potatoes was half full.
Biscuits were cold and hard.
On the bright side it was delivered promptly.
