If you’re looking for the only good pupusas on the far-east, THIS is it. The menu is all-salvadoran, many classics available but I have not tried them.
The woman working there made all our pupusas the classic way- all by hand (no press). The cheese was perfectly gooey, melty, and the other ingredients were fresh. No cheese burns, no old beans and chicharron. The curtido and salsa were also fresh. For the price point, it doesn’t matter thar it’s not a fancy location.
