It’s a toss up on whether you’ll get good, hot chicken, or dried, cold, even burnt chicken here. You just never know what you’re gonna get, like Mama says. Unfortunately, lately it’s been of the cold and dry and burnt variety. Instead of driving down the street for this, I’ll start driving the 30 minutes down I-30 for Church’s instead. And it’s really saying something that I’ll brave all that construction just so I don’t pay $35-45 for chicken I can’t eat. See pic of burnt chicken. Never again.

What happened to the flavor of the mashed potatoes!?!? And why the heck happened to the rolls? They taste like cardboard and dry… no flavor no sweetness…. And that was the best part of the meal!!! I could barely eat it!! Fix the recipe plz!!!

The GOOD:
Drinks were cold
Order was accurate
Order was ready when I arrived
THE BAD:
I placed an order. I live 8 minutes away and left immediately to pick up my order. It said it would be done in 10 minutes. All of the food was cold and over cooked/hard.
The catfish was supposed to be 2 pieces. It was 1 filet cut in half the long way to make 2 pieces.
The okra was so hard I tossed it.
The mashed potatoes were old.
My kids didnt enjoy their chicken and chicken tenders. It was HARD & COLD!
The food might have been good if it was not over-cooked & fresh. It was sitting for sometime under the light im sure. I saw the pile of chicken/tenders under the light when I picked up my order. $38 was a waste.
Maybe when ordering specify the food is made fresh.
I wouldn’t order again.
A remake or refund would be stellar!

Everytime i pass by i want to stop and try. Finally had time today. Spicy Chicken fingers were good. not greasy nor old grease taste. .. perfect. . 1 roll and the Zesty dipping sauce. I even indulged in a Mug root beer soda fountain drink. (im not much of a soda water drinker-but it was refreshing! It may have been the ice, pretty well chopped up ice (not cubed) that I like, that made it taste so good. The staff on duty were busy at work. great job

Horrendous customer service experience. Several team members standing around cash register when we arrived totally ignored us. Looked at us and turned the other direction. Pretty sad if you ask me.
One of them was wearing a black hoodie and didn’t even have a name tag or uniform.
The kid that eventually took our order was nice but the guy in hoodie and the short lady getting the order together were terrible and shouldn’t be employed.
As a business owner myself I would be embarrassed by this.

This place is always out of something and skimp on what they do give you. $50 in chicken and these are considered family size. Good luck getting rolls with your order.
Update: saw I made a review 7 years prior. Went back and they shorted our order. How do you order 2 mac n cheese and short 1? Like, you seriously have 1 job. 20 PC chicken, 2 large mashed potatoes and 2 large mac n cheese. Is it really this complicated?
