The employees are friendly and the food is decent but I never understand why these people always either have a problem with running a card or can’t give you change for cash, Even on huge totals. I’ve never seen a business more desperate to not make a sale successful. The real irony here is that this exact problem has persisted over years at this location. You better bring exact change with you if you want these people to take your money. Feels like I’m half an employee myself here just trying to get the transaction complete.

Trisha was Extremely Rude,Unprofessional & Nasty, refused to remake a sloppy uncooked bacon sandwich that had spoiled rotisserie chicken. Also refused to change meat that I was willing to pay the difference for if needed. Lied and said the system was broken down, asked me to wait over a hour.
Illegally shut down the store for over 2hours to hang out with some young guy in the back of the store that was locked over an hour. Horrible Location. Doors were still locked an hour after I returned for a remake or refund. She came from around the back of the building.

I order a sandwich online. Once I entered the building Gabby was extremely rude and unprofessional. She toasted my sandwich to the point all the meat was shriveled up and crunchy. I asked Gabby if she could remake my sandwich because it was burned. She tossed my sandwich to the side and told her co worker “Can you remake this sandwich, this guy is trying to say it’s burnt” keep in mind she said it with so much attitude and anger. Then she had to go to the corner and take deep breaths to calm down. That’s ridiculous that she got so angry because I needed my sandwich remade. Please retrain this employee or find a better employee.

Omg Trisha or treasure I think Trisha was her name I ordered my food and I’m telling you now it was made with love ! I use to work at subway I know Connie. And I’m a major food critic. The bread was fresh everything taste so well honesty felt like I made it. I’m totally satisfied thank you so much for her to be the only one at the store and took the time to perfect the order days a lot. I had to call after eating my food to see who made it. ♥️.

Never can answer the phones. I tried calling because i had gotten a italian bmt footlong and i ended up getting a 6 in. It had no spinach pickles or onions that ive asked for. UNACCEPTABLE. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

If you stop into this Subway ask for Mikey. Tell him that EMS girl sent you. He truly cares about his customers and the sandwiches making. He remembers stuff about you even if you don’t seem for over a year! Good food good sandwiches made with expertise. Keep in mind that the subway is part of a gas station. This gas station does tend to stay busy in Cycles. There is some outside seating along with the inside seating

Food was amazing as always, the store was clean and they washed the knives between uses in clean water. The customer service was wonderful with yes ma’ams and yes sir’s very respectful!! Food was made exactly how I asked! It was very quiet in the store so I felt the need to not break the silence

I can see why this place has horrible reviews. I ordered a wrap and all they did was add the items and roll the flatbread. This place will never get my service again. If this is how the managers let their employees service then it says a lot about them. Owners really need to read the reviews and do something. I don’t like throwing my money away. Look at reviews before ordering here.

I would give this restaurant 0 stars if I could. Every single time I order online there is an issue with my food. One time I received a sandwich with no meat. Another time they did not put my requested toppings on my sandwich. One time they charged me for something I didn’t order and another time I ordered nachos and they didn’t even have any in stock. They are always out of Salami, ham and roast beef. I call the restaurant and no one answers. I should not have to go through this every time I order no matter how long I wait in between giving this restaurant another try. I’m tired of wasting my money and I will not be spending another dime here.
