Overall just okay…
I’m not sure if it was just us or if others here had the same thing happen but all of our fries were very crunchy and hard to eat. Steak n Shake fries to me are usually pretty soft and easily bendable but these didn’t even smush under the pressure of fingers and only snapped when you tried to bend them inwards and some sharp enough to cut through a mayonnaise packet which was surprising.
Other than the fries this was an okay location to come to. The staff are nice and our food came out decently fast for how many people were in the restaurant. Out shakes were all good and so were the burgers, our only issue was the fries!

Haven’t been to a Steak’n Shake in a while. But I’m pleased to say that our lunch was delicious! My husband and I both ordered a cheeseburger with everything (of course) fries and I got the strawberry milkshake. It did not disappoint.

Steak ‘n Shake has changed a lot (notably no more table service, you have to order at the front with a touchscreen and pick up your food at the counter), but the food quality hasn’t changed. Same delicious burgers, fries, and milkshakes. The perfect meal after a long flight. I do miss the milkshake glasses and actual silverware, but if this helps cut costs and keep serving us I’m all for it.

This location serves fantastic, plain and simple hamburgers with that extra dinner-like atmosphere. The kitchen took about 8 minutes to have our order ready and everything was well prepared, even with the special requests. The buns felt fresh, soft and the patties were nicely seasoned.
Usually Steak n’ Shake’s locations lack of presentation or good service in my experience, but this place was clean, organized and the staff and manager were on top of it. They even made a round asking if everything was alright, even though S&S doesn’t have waiters anymore. A staff member also helped some customers struggling with the digital kiosk in Spanish.
As a suggestion, the restrooms could use some extra cleaning, but our experience was excellent overall.

Imagine paying for your food, picking it up, and feeling like you shouldn’t have placed the order in the first place because you aren’t welcome there. Well, that’s what it feels like at times, depending on the person taking and handing out orders at the drive-thru at this location. The demeanor and attitude of some of the employees—particularly at the drive-thru—can be your worst nightmare, depending on who’s running it. Sad to say, but I’ll leave it to your imagination regarding the ethnicity involved in the attitude. I hope Steak ’n Shake addresses this; some of your employees need Customer Service 101 ASAP

It’s a greasy experience but they always nail it here by getting my customizations right every time.. Fast service and the Kiosk makes ordered so easy. The self service soda machine is cool where you scan the QR code from your receipt to get your drink.

The burgers were delicious and perfectly cooked, I got the barbecue bacon burger and my girlfriend got the double bacon burger and they were phenomenal! I also got the cookies and cream shake and it was perfectly creamy and delicious. The service was quick and the restaurant was clean! 10/10 experience all around

Steak n Shake has always been one of my fav late night dinner or just for the shakes ( my fav Nutella)
Lately ( the last 2 times) I have seen a better quality in their burgers, better presentation and flavor since its not that greasy like before. I dont know what changed but they are better now . The shakes stay the same being delicious, ths only difference about it , i feel like they are serving less shake , they don’t fill it up like before

I should have taken a picture before digging in to really do justice to the art and care put into this food. Steak n Shake holds a special place in our family’s heart. To see the staff and facility operated with such pride is truly something special. Thanks to the crew.
