We were made to wait almost 10 minutes behind the car ahead of us in the drive through. They made our milkshakes first because it was a mobile. They were completely melted by the time we pulled up. We went in and asked for them to be remade, and the lady working refused to remake them, scoffed at us, and told us she “just made them.” They were very clearly melted, and she said “they’re just like that.” This was obviously wrong just from looking at it, and the rudeness was unnecessary. What the hell?! I should have gotten the girl’s name, because this was laughably poor service, and I say that as someone who knows how hard customer service can be. But she didn’t even try to do her job and had the gall to scoff at us for wanting our order redone after an excessively long wait for a single car ahead of us.

I have been a regular customer at this Carl’s Jr location for years without any issues, but today’s experience shattered that positive perception. The cashier, Sergio, was not only unprofessional but also extremely rude. As a result, I have decided not to return to this establishment.

We rarely buy fast food but we had a late little league game so we went through the drive through at almost 8:00 PM on a Tuesday night to grab something quick to take home. I asked for one of my burgers to be lettuce wrapped but when we got home it was on the bun. I ordered 3 regular combos and upgraded one to a large with and substituted a drink with a chocolate shake. Our total came to $46.38! Outrageous price for fast food!

Store# 1100211 in Buellton on east Highway 246 Day Manager… is So Very Nice. he Always have a great attitude and Always is helpful. All you have to do is order… get your drink and find a table and the Manager always delivers your food at your table..(and the employee also). Great customer service anywhere! The food quality and customer service in lompoc is terrible in comparison to Buelton. Hopefully, there is something you can do to change this. It has been like this for several years.
