Wow I am so happy I found this place – I am extremely sensitive to MSG which makes it difficult for me to enjoy Pho. After eating here, I had no problem at all and felt good. We ordered their vegan spring rolls (highly recommend), beef meat ball and beef Pho. The soup was delicious and very comforting.
Also, the service is incredible, the staff is so kind and welcoming, our food arrived fairly fast considering how busy it was. This is now our favorite Pho place in Vancouver – highly recommend it!

The Hue Spicy noodle soup made my day. I didn’t know this place is new, I just wanted to have some taste of my home country so I decided to give it a try. The staff was super friendly, she greeted me with a smile and a warm cup of tea. When I asked if they could make the soup less spicy (cause the menu only shows “normal” or “extra” spicy), they gladly made it. The moment I had the first bite on the beef, I know I would have to come back and try Pho next time cause it tastes exactly like the beef in Hanoi Pho.
The price is reasonable for that portion, and was too full to walk after the meal.

The portion size is okay. My boyfriend feels the rice is a bit small, so we might need to order a small appetizer to feel full, but the food is delicious! The price for the pho is slightly higher compared to other Vietnamese chain restaurants ($16 vs. $18), but the quality is good.

This morning while walking my dog, I passed by this newly opened Vietnamese restaurant. Two friendly staff members greeted me warmly at the door and introduced the menu. Since I couldn’t dine in with my dog, I decided to take advantage of their August 15% discount and give their food a try.
I ordered the shrimp salad rolls and the lemon chicken with spring rolls over rice. While I was waiting, one of the staff kindly brought me an iced tea in a takeout cup—such a thoughtful gesture.
The restaurant’s interior is simple but inviting, with bamboo basket-style light fixtures that give it a nice vibe. The shrimp salad rolls looked a bit on the small side, but the rice noodles inside had a good texture. The dipping sauce, however, was a little disappointing—it was too watery and lacked depth of flavor. The lemon chicken was tender with just the right amount of seasoning, and the spring roll filling was delicious.
Overall, I was quite satisfied with my meal. The only thing I’d suggest improving is the dipping sauce, but I’ll definitely be back to try more dishes.

amazing new restaurant (much better than the one it replaced). The portions of food are fantastic with a lot of quality ingredients. I’ve gone 6 or 7 times and have always left satisfied. the taste is not too oily or salty, seasoned just right. the servers are great, pleasant and professional. they offer me tea while I wait for pickup, which is something I always appreciate. they accept all credit card payment networks (visa, mastercard, amex). I really hate going to cash only restaurants or restaurants with terminals that actually accept amex but they physically stop you from trying. let me pay the way i want, dont tell me how. if the terminal rejects it then ill change it, i dont need little aggressive paper signs taped to the terminals. none of that nonsense with the establishment. since taking over from mr red, i like that they simplified the decor so that it feels cleaner (probably easier to clean too), and improved the ventilation in the dining room so you don’t always leave so smelly. in my opinion, it has been an improvement in all aspects.
I have tried all of their chicken dishes, and loved every single one of them. look forward to returning. I only hope they can keep up this momentum, this quality, value, service, and professionalism. well done

This is our go-to pho spot and we’ve been ordering here for the past year. We almost always do pickup and they’re consistently quick, kind, and organized — which I appreciate more than I can explain.
We love their spring rolls (always fresh and crisp) and the vermicelli with tofu is one of my favourites — light but filling, loaded with fresh veggies and herbs, and the tofu is done just right. I also really appreciate that they offer a vegan broth and have a dedicated vegan menu. It makes ordering easy and thoughtful, not like an afterthought.
We also always get the beef pho and it’s one of the best we’ve had in the city. The broth is rich, comforting, and full of flavour every single time.
