We stopped by on a Sunday afternoon. There was about a 40 minute wait to be seated. Our server was extremely attentive and friendly, and our food arrived quickly. We started with the Stuffed mushrooms which were delicious. I had the Orange Cauliflower bowl and my companion had the French Dip cheeseburger. Everything was tasty and delectable. For dessert we tried the Very Cherry Ghiradelli cheesecake, which was amazing.

We came to celebrate my little sister’s wedding, a group of about 30 of us. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. We sat outside, but thanks to the heaters it still felt very cozy. They did forget my son’s plate, but overall it was a very good experience.

I felt that we were a bit of a bother to our server, who was probably assigned to too many customers. The food was tasty (but not impressiv) and serving size generous, but the steak appeared less than I would have hoped given the price $43.

The food was bland the shrimp was overcooked and pasta had no flavor. What I paid it should have been better. The cheesecake was delicious other than that Do better Cheese cake Factory taste your food.

The steak and frites were disappointing. The first steak was overcooked to medium well, even though I requested medium rare. The restaurant kindly remade it, and the second one was cooked perfectly to medium rare. However, the steak was quite thin, so the fat didn’t render properly. Additionally, the sauce on the steak was overpowering and masked the natural flavor of the meat. They give me a complimentary clam chowder soup and it is bland. They can at least sprinkle some MSG in there.

This location has gone downhill. I’ve been to multiple Cheesecake Factories and they’re all pretty comparable to each other, I always get the same dishes, so I know how they should be served and how they should look. I’ve frequented this location because it’s the closest to me and it’s always good, but this last time was terrible. Our server was nice enough. I ordered a dish that had sesame seeds, and I asked for them to not be included in the dish because I have a slight allergy to them (nothing serious, I just get red blotches so I try to avoid them when I can) the server wrote it down and said it was no problem. We order our appetizer and that comes out fine, about 20 min. later I’m expecting our food to be coming out, the server tells me the chef said they can’t remove the sesame seeds, why it took so long to let me know, I don’t know. I scrambled and ordered a Renee’s special, because I knew it should be quick and I wanted to be able to eat with my husband. His meal came out and then mine and it was the saddest looking Renee’s special I’ve ever seen thrown on a plate. I told my husband I didn’t feel like complaining and causing a fuss, we just wouldn’t go back to this location. Seems from other recent reviews that I’m not alone in my experience. Choose another location or another restaurant. It’s not cheap, and not worth the chance you take being disappointed.

The food was very good the complimentary bread was good a slight hint of sweetness with a side of butter although it didnt spread very well it was still good
I got a medium ribeye temp and taste was good The mashed potatoes and mac and cheese were nice and savory
our server was very nice uniformed and we’ll mannered and attentive, would definitely visit again the prices are a little high but not unreasonable considering the portion sizes are quite big it’s good for dinner tonight and lunch leftovers for tomorrow.

I recently visited this place with my family after receiving a gift card from my job, and we decided to give it a try. We ordered two main dishes, one entrée, and one dessert to get a feel for what the restaurant had to offer and see if it lived up to the hype.
The food itself was delicious—great flavor, fantastic texture, and everything was cooked perfectly. However, I found the portion sizes to be quite small. Even though we were sharing, I still felt that the amount of food didn’t justify the price. For an individual meal, I don’t think it would be enough to feel fully satisfied, especially considering the cost.
While the food was good, I don’t think I’d return solely based on the value. The pricing just doesn’t seem to align with the portion sizes, in my opinion.
On a positive note, the customer service was excellent. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the restaurant itself was very clean and well-maintained—even the restrooms were spotless. Parking can be a bit tricky since it’s located in a mall, but that’s to be expected in those areas.
