Twice. Two seperate occasions. Walk up to counter, wait 10-15m. Only 2 people working and not one paying attention to the front. End up leaving and going across the street to Wendys. Both times. Maybe something better will come take its place soon. Will not be a third attempt.

If there was a way to give negative stars I would choose it. Ordered four ham egg and cheese croissants and received all four with only a piece of ham. Called store to find out what was happening as this has happened twice and the “manager” told me it was my problem and that I need to stop ordering from door dash. As I terminally ill I am dependent on delivery services, and the rudeness and disrespect he showed me did nothing to help correct the situation but he was right about one thing. I’ll definitely stop ordering from him and his store.

They shorted me 2 $4 items after ordering through the app and picking up at drive through. Went through app for help. They gave me a $3 “deal” for the mistake that I have to buy more food to use. Never offered to just give me what I paid for on the $60 order. Feel ripped off.

I am vegetarian.
It’s ever so nice when the employees take such care with my food preferences.
I ordered the :
Impossible whopper.
The staff was very knowledgeable about the difference between being vegetarian and being vegan.
You can choose to have the impossible meat to be cooked in the microwave or on the grill where of course real meat is prepared.
When choosing the grill please note that the vegetarian patty would be cooked in same area as red meat is.
I thought it kind to be notified of this.
When choosing the item to be – placed in the microwave
No mayonnaise
No cheese
Would be the vegan option.
Don’t forget the french fries and the apple pie are vegan as well.
I would recommend.

And absolute freakin rip off. 5 dollars for pickles that isn’t even a size of an order. Absolute laziness. If I didn’t use Uber eats OMG. And can’t even put in the condiments. #edit tried to do another order. Incompetence at its finest. Order a custom burger completely missed it by sending me something else. No frozen drinks . This place is terrible and stale chicken fries…

Omg I absolutely love coopers hawk! The wine club is everything! Quarterly gift certificates, enough to purchase a meal, the bar is my favorite place to sit because its intimate and personal! Love Sonny, Alex, Adam, Paige, Matthew another lady beautiful lady that works mostly weekends! Great store managers because the turn over rate for employees is NONE! I’ve been seeing the same faces since they opened. Great vibes… I go at least once a week! You WON’T BE DISAPPOINTED!

Over 25min wait in drive thru line (15 min on the vehicle ahead 10 minutes on 2 before that) after order was supposed to be ready Had to leave without getting food which was only breakfast egg biscuit and french toast.

Got a couple sausage biscuits and sausage egg and cheese crossaints. The biscuits where not soft at all. I could tell they were thrown in the microwave. This will be my last time at this location period.
