First off the female manager refuses to give you her name which I find extremely odd. Then when you pay for extra meat(50% more) if you use any type of code they only give you 25% more meat because of using the code, the managers words that’s just how it works supposedly. Then when you specify exactly what you want on your sub they decide what they actually put on there. I requested more of quitea few ingredients and I’ve never ordered anything with LESS on them when I ordered 2 subs with a drink special they troied to tell me the receipt printed off saying I wanted less of mainly everything(again I’ve never ordered anything LESS on the site before) and instead of putting less of those ingredients they simply didn’t add them at all so I liuterally got Bread, A little meat, a little letuce, Little Tomato and some mayo and that’s it. You can see in the screenshot exactly what I asked to be put on there and then you can look att hepics and see what I actually receieved. I have ate at Subway’s all across the United States as I was previously a truck driver and I’ve never receieved a sub(s) that looked this awful not have a I ever been treated as bad as I have at this store and this is the only Subway local to me. Since it’s a franchise store I asked for the owner to be called and for them to call me and the manager puts up a front standing behind the whole I made it exactly how it was printed on the receipt and that the owner said there’s nothing they could do since it was printed like that. When I called back to ask for a copy of the receipt the employee that answered literally hung up on me and now they are screening my calls and will not answer my number. I will be contacting corporate about this as soon as I post this.

me and my friends ordered on DoorDash at about 3:30, and our estimated time is between 5:45 and 5:55 and rising. it is almost 20 minutes away from where we live and it should not be taking two hours to get three items.

I usually get curbside. Great service, especially since around lunchtime, they are super busy. Many times, there’s no close parking for curbside to find you. I call the shop to say where i am. Would be really nice if they had a dedicated space for curbside, but Subway has a veggie delight. One of the few in the nation with a whole food/ plant based choice.

Girls were sitting at table, might have been employees, and did nothing but cus and complain about another female who possibly worked there. I had my child with me and didn’t appreciate the fowl language around my child! I expect better service in a small town!

We specifically ordered “More” sauce on both subs and the amount of sauce on one sub was actually the least amount I’ve ever seen from a subway before and the other was also dry.

My daughter received a couple subway graduation gift cards. We tried to use them for our purchase and was told they didn’t work, even though both were active with $10 a piece on them. The cashier said this was an ongoing problem with the gift cards, management was aware of it but there was nothing she could do to compensate or make it right. I tried to call and speak to someone on Subways customer service line but it’s been recently changed to computerized service only, no actual people! This is terrible customer service, completely and utterly ridiculous that nothing was done to fix this issue. To make matters worse, I logged into the subway account app and both gift cards say $0 balance now! When before they were just activated with $10 on each card!! Subway, gotta do way better for your customer’s or your doors won’t be open much longer…

Honestly I only give two stars because I’m a local and I hate the idea of not supporting a local business otherwise I would have only given one. After countless times of getting simple orders wrong and the fact that this subway never participates in subway promotions I have to say it’s not my go to for a quick meal anymore.

Workers were very rude. Got there about 815pm and they kept saying we close at 9. 845 they were taking apart soda machine and repeatedly telling us they close at 9.
