Very disappointed to have spent $48 on a 12 pack of tacos that were either broken in pieces or the wrapping ripped the bottom off of them, 2 cheese quesadillas with very little cheese and burnt so bad my dog refused to eat them and he’s not that picky. Drive thru attendant was nice. That’s the only positive thing I can say about this Taco Bell on Hwy 24/27 in Albemarle NC. I work too hard to throw out money like that.

Mobile app doesn’t work for this location, works fine in Richfield. This place shamelessly skimps on the cheese on everything. I shouldn’t have to add my own cheese after paying what they charge, and now they’re skimping on the protein (half the normal serving of chicken) so that you’ll get the $8.99 double chicken cantina bowl that you will still have to add cheese and sour cream to. Plenty of rice though! TRASH.

I love taco bell and this specific location stands out to me merely based off the customer service. I came in the other day and was absolutely struggling to figure out what I wanted. I was helped by an employee named Yazmine. She had such a phenomenal grasp on customer service and hospitality. She helped me figure out what I wanted and I left with a smile on my face and a full stomach. I will definitely take the extra 20 minute drive to this location solely based off the customer service and quality of food I was served by her!

Bro who ever them people making food on 2nd shift. All need to be either trained again or fired. I paid 3 dollars for a burrito just for it to have nothing in it. Literally nothing in it. Do not recommend eating at this location and definitely not going back. Just let 1st shift work the entire day at this point
