Fairly empty for a Saturday night. Drinks were an A (Mangonada) and C for Cadillac Margarita – was there any alcohol in there?? The beer was an F, the Bodhizafa was bad, 8 months old! No bueno for an IPA. Food was a B. Chips and salsa were goid. Queso had good head but was runny. Service was a C. Took a while for our drink order. Brought the check without asking if we wanted dessert.
Nice decorations for Valentine’s Day and Super Bowl. I don’t see is coming back. Too many better choices nearby.

Great big restaurant! The food was good and the portions were huge. I’m excited for them to get settled. We really enjoyed the huaraches and wings. The chille relleno was ok. You should check this place out.

Must go- recently moved to the area and found this gem! I’ve gone to this restaurant twice, once with family and just today with friends. Both times we’ve arrived nearing the end of business hours and even stayed a bit afterwards (oops).
The food costs around $10-25 per person, and chips and salsa can be purchased as a side item. As a dessert, the Lava Cake was super yummy and a great suggestion by staff (as pictured)! They are very friendly and helpful, even remembered us lol!

The best part was the server and the view of the planes, taking off and landing over the mountains. I’ve been waiting for this patio to open, it’s in such a spacious spot on 153rd Ave. We enjoyed our Jamaica and water with our deliciously spiced guacamole and huge portions of chips. The Food is also in really big portions. Maybe it isn’t the most next level Mexican food but it was solid and did the trick. Prices for some things was reasonable and for others more than we expected. All that said the setting is lovely on the outside (quite dark on the inside) and the service was super professional and warm. Will definitely be back if even just for sunset on the patio and snacks!

There’s a lot of variety on the menu. We ordered lengua, asada, and al tacos, lamb birria tacos w/ consume, chicken wings, tamale rojo, and the carnitas plate. First, the rice and beans were perfectly cooked and seasoned which is telling for how good the rest of the food will be. The lamb birria tacos were a 1st for me and didn’t disappoint. They served a good portion of consume with them too. The lengua was meaty and the al pastor was super flavorful with a sweetness from the pineapple. The carnitas were salty and smoky with the perfect texture of crispy and tender. No complaints about anything other than we didn’t get to try their flan since they were sold out. So, we’ll be back!

This place has already made it onto my list of Burien staples— and it’s only the opening day. The people are so kind and welcoming, and really do treat you like friends. The interior is spacious, bright, and clean. The food… is awesome! For our first try, we had the chips, guacamole, salsa, and four kinds of tacos: lengua, al pastor, borrego, and cachete. Every single thing was delicious, hot, and plentiful. It’s a place where you can get tasty, authentic Mexican street tacos (or a plethora of other items) and a drink in a nice, relaxing, sit-down restaurant. There’s also a cute patio right outside for when the weather is just right.

Individual breakdown:
– The guacamole has little pieces of jalapeño in it, and as spicy lovers, this was amazing. This also provided a nice crunch, as the guacamole was quite creamy.
– The salsa was very thin with a really good, deep pepper flavor. It coated the chips well, and had a nice lingering kick.
– Every taco’s tortilla had been grilled until almost crispy, which helped them withstand all the fillings and any sauces, as well as kept them from being texturally soggy while eating. Of the four tacos we tried, the cachete and al pastor were my favorites. But the lengua and borrego were amazing as well, and would tie at second for me. The cachete meat was so flavorful and practically melting in my mouth. Al pastor is my favorite kind of taco, and they did it justice for sure. The lengua and the borrego both were also amazing, and really only place second because of my personal flavor bias.

I am super excited to come here again and again, and hope to eventually try the whole menu over time. Don’t miss out on all the awesome things this place has to offer!

It’s a place that charges you for chips and salsa.
Margarita, not yummy.
Food, meh.
Service, Really, really bad. We were the only ones in the place. Every step was problematic. Water please….x2. Extra hot salsa….x2. Coke….flat. food took a long time, again, only ones there. My vegetarian husband’s CHEESE enchiladas….CHICKEN.
The replacement, faster but COLD/not melted.
Really not a good experience.
Oh and at least 6 large tvs. I know some folks are cool with that though.
