Went there on black Friday. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Two female workers were serving. My son, daughter, and I were in the mood for Panda. My son went to get our food while my daughter was comforting me. I had the worst headache ever. While he went to go order my daughter forgot to tell him her order so she went inside and was going to tell him. When entering they asking if she had a mask. She didn’t because we came from the house and yesterday we went to the car wash. Meaning we threw away everything in the car. She asked for one and the worker said “ We should have any.” NOT even a sorry. You guys SHOULD have some. Very unprofessional and unreasonable. It’s also my fault that I should bring one but we were in a rash to get food because of how I felt. When she left looking for a mask, my son said they were talking about her the moment she left. In their own words “Oh My God, look at her she’s getting a mask from the car. “ AS SHE SHOULD. They also seemed like if they were in spirit to work. They were being so dead to my son, like so quiet and trying to get it over with. They didn’t even serve him enough food. 25 BUCKS FOR THIS. They gave him a lot of chicken but not enough chow-mean. Usually they give us a lot. And if they use “ sorry we were running out” as an excuse… Im losing it. That would be a reason to serve us that amount. never eating there ever again.

My rating has to do with service upon arriving with over an hour before close. Remaining food looked old and they were out of my 2 items I usually order. Walnut shrimp and orange chicken. They said all they have is whats out. I dont understand why not replenish food with about an hour 15 before close. Instead I was told to go to the other panda express down the way

Came in at 815, this place closes at 9. The food that was available looked like it had been sitting, and they gave me a tough time about anything fresh. 45 minutes before closing isnt last minute by any means, but not going to pay for end of day slop that’s been sitting around in the open. Dont be rude to customers that ask either.
