We had to clean our table ourselves, no one was cleaning tables after the previous customers left.
Obviously had to bring my food myself to the table.
Food was not great. It tasted average. The serving of food could have also been better. The portion size was quite small. Will not recommend and will not return.
No one offered or provided a high chair for my kid.
I did rate the food slightly lower just because it’s often not seasoned And although the food is good, it doesn’t feel restaurant worthy if that makes sense.
Just me at the register and only two tables occupied but he couldn’t take the time to answer questions about sandwich and soup combinations.
NOTE: soup choices are available on random days of the week which is in FINE PRINT and you should know that before arriving because this cashier don’t feel it his responsibility to assist. The music is so loud you cannot hear his answers and when I told him I have a hearing deficiency, he just glared.
The sandwiches tasted better than expected considering the cashier experience. The soups came lukewarm , obviously to prevent customers from burning their mouth.
I can say I came here and gave it a try but you won’t see me back and if asked about my recommendations, I’d say go somewhere else that appreciates your patronage
Cons: The desserts are super disappointing. I rarely eat sugar- when I do, I want something delicious! I was hoping for that today… want meant to be.
The bread pudding is like a hybrid biscuit and cornbread; not good at all in fact, it’s really unfair to even call it a pudding since it’s dry bread; it’s also not nearly sweet enough to be classified as dessert.
The pecan bun was terribly unappealing. The large cinnamon bun looks so much better than it actually is.
We did have flat bread which was ok- 6 out of 10.
I would definitely come here to chill- just not for dessert ever again.
