We just went to burger King in New Oxford and our order was the worst that we’ve ever had at this location. Mozzarella fries were all broken and drained of cheese, regular fries were undercooked and managed to be stale, too. I’d hate to see their service during an actual busy time.

Surprisingly nice experience at this burger king! It was empty inside (everyone driving through). Was super clean & tidy, and crowns were on each table, which is so fun! Seemed well staffed with friendly people!

Horrible coupon policy, If I have two orders there is no reason I have to come inside just to use a coupon on both if I could I would give zero stars based on that singular reason, this is a corporate issue that needs to be solved from the top! The wmployees suffer too because they have to wring in twice as many orders.

Ordered 2 of the SpongeBob meals. It was $18 +tax per meal. They did not have the slushy and we did not get the toys. Very disappointing especially for the price paid. The burger was dry. Tots and pie were good.

Came through around 8:13pm on a Sunday night and placed a mobile order.

Said it would be done in 6 minutes so we waited then joined the drive through.
Sat there for about 10 more minutes at the window and they finally came and said that our food wasn’t ready and to pull around out front.
Sat there for another 10 minutes and ended up giving up and going in and getting a refund as the food STILL WAS NOT DONE!

That’s 20 minutes. For fast food.
Insane!
The manger was very nice, but I’m pretty sure he’s stuck with the F crew. Poor guy.

Take my advice, don’t come here, especially if you have a car full of hungry kids.

Would give zero if I could. My fiance was made to wait for “fresh fries”, no problem. When the women brought the food out, she walks past our car to the car behind us, even though he was in front and ordered first. She is all smiley and friendly with them. Then she walks up to give him with our food with an attitude, no more smiles. He felt very offended by her attitude toward him for no reason at all, other then being a man. The food was also not fresh. He was told to wait for fresh fries and the fries he received were cold, hard and not even cooked all the way. Besides the rude customer service, you’re business is stealing people money by serving food that can make them sick. If food is not kept to proper temps then you risk food born illness. Maybe you’re management at this location needs better training and certification. And the staff as a whole should be talked to regarding proper customer service. It is not okay to tell a customer to wait for something fresh and then give said customer old cold food. We will not be returning to this location and Burger King you need to make this right.

New Oxford Burger King…. Drive thru waitress was rude. Asked for BBQ sauce when ordering my meal. She didn’t put it in the bag. When I asked again her reply was “Here” shoving them in my face. My granddaughter asked for mozzarella sticks…we paid for mozzarella sticks and was given burnt “I don’t know whats”. I took them back to find out they used a middle fryer….the manager said “I told them to not use that specific fryer”. The grease is foul. Pulling up to the drive thru it smells like Taco Bell and tequila diarrhea explosion.

The service has really gone downhill, they can’t keep good help. Asked about a manager my husband and I really liked that worked there, the woman told me that she is no longer there and was very rude about it. Tiff you will be missed , my family and I will be going elsewhere as well

I sat in drive threw for close to 10 minutes. To get to the window give the money and then told I need to pull around and park. I only ordered a couple things. No cars behind me in the drive thru. Got home and found out they shorted my order. I don’t think they care one bit about customer service. I think the district manager might want to shake things up for are little burger King. If they want to stay in business.
